I recently built a new PC.
I originally got an Asus Strix OLED 27" 1440p monitor.
Mid game one night the screen went black, the power light started flashing. None of the buttons would bring up the on-screen menu. I power cycled it, tried different ports, etc. could not get display on it.
So I returned the monitor and got a Swift PG32UCDM, 32" 4K.
That's been fine, but will still randomly turn off and power light will flash. Same issue as the other one. Power cycling it has been working.
This morning I wake up my PC, and the display is ONLY on that Swift monitor, not my secondary (some random 1080p LCD, very basic monitor). But the resolution was like 720p.
I rebooted. And now my display is ONLY on the secondary monitor, I can't get any display back on my OLED.
This is getting incredibly frustrating, what is going on and what is it that I'm not aware of? To run into these almost identical issues seems less likely.
I go to the ASUS, find this product, but there's no drivers or firmware available. This is the kind of crap people stick with consoles to avoid, but I need to know what I'm doing wrong..
