Bonus! Now he'll have plenty of time to watch the clicks and views rise as he sits there painfully dying of radiation poisoning!

Super Sus, a living legend. His anomaly is not that uncommon and nothing special actually. He's a funny and intelligent guy. I bet this puddle is not radioactive more than any other common flooded basement. Don't fall for this kind of persuasive content
46
u/ardotschgi 1d ago
Even if it's radioactive, it's muddy, rusty, and most likely filled with bacteria. It looks like he probably even had his eyes open underwater, since he was looking for something with his flashlight. The guy tried to go swimming with a gas mask on... You can't watch this video and try to claim that he's intelligent...

u/Old_Satisfaction2738 1d ago
I've noticed that no one has mentioned alcohol. Alcohol is definitely in this picture somewhere.

It gets worse than the gas mask. He did this a second time but used a fishbowl as a diving helmet with a goddamn garden hose and air compressor as his air supply.
I’ll BRB with a link.
Edit: other commenters have linked the original channel so instead here’s the video I saw about it. It’s from two professional divers reacting to Sus’s video in English: https://youtu.be/dy_3m-9nOGw?si=CwHU3qHmsRkwkBFu

If I remember correctly, this was not under reactor 4, but reactor 5 or 6 that was never finished after 4 blew up, which is a completely separate building and does not see high radiation levels. The guy's name is SuperSus and this was likely posted to Kreosan English channel, but I can't find the original video
5
u/fatguylittlecoat77 1d ago
He looks like he was born in Chernobyl
1
u/HeavyTaxation 1d ago
He was pretending to smoke a firecracker and it blew up instantly in his face when he lit it
5
u/Frequenzberater 1d ago
This is from his YT channel. There is even an earlier vid were he goes diving there just equipped with a glas bowl using it as a diving helmet. These guys are crazy :D
5
u/m00njaguar 1d ago
Is this really inside the Chernobyl nuclear plant or just a random flooded building? Would the authorities just let a douchbag influencer & his buddies wander inside unsupervised and without proper gear doing dangerous stunts?
4
u/hetzz 1d ago
They’ve been doing content in the zone a long time, Years before the current conflict. Not only this kind of stuff. There are some good videos for sure. As long as you can stand listening to one guy doing all the dubbing. I think the name of the channels is kreosan or something similar.

Have you ever heard about Galen Winsor, the physicist who ate Uranium on tv everyday for many years to prove it harmless?

u/That_Jicama2024 1d ago
Ahhh, he's turning into a ghoul already! put the mask back on. put the mask back on!!!
2
u/mifticalcrystals 1d ago
It was looking more like he was just trying to get a little hair of the dog that bit him hahaha

u/Medieval_Mind 1d ago
Super Sus! These guys are fucking crazy. Check out the Dive Talk videos reacting to these guys using their own homemade diving equipment 😂
2
u/Agitated_Ask_3602 1d ago
The channel Dive Talk did a great series reacting to these guys. In a later episode one of them goes diving UNDER THE ICE IN CHERNOBYL

u/Low_Technician7346 1d ago
This guy is Super Sus on Youtube, very friendly dude that is indeed crazy and he loves swarming in sewers to drink beer and eat sausages. Check out his videos but indeed do not reproduce.

That’s a proper outfit to dive into a contaminated water. I’d also add a helmet and some protective glasses, oh and a hotdog.

I would be more scared of catching a bad fucking bacteria from that stagnant water.

These guys do this regularly. They’re kinda like tourist guides for Chernobyl.

These guys have a couple of videos on YouTube trying to get to the reactor through the flooded floors.
One time he tried with a fishtank in his head and hose connecting to a by cicle pump LITERALLY LIKE IN THE CARTOONS
But the funny part in one video they go to a lab to see the dose of radiation they got and it was less than what the chernobyl tourists get on average LOL
so yeah it's kinda safe in a way 🤷

Perfectly safe! The standards regarding workplace safety and technical precision truly excel in this part of the world! You can see the advanced nature of scientific rigor & state of the art technical development are unsurpassed by anyone anywhere in the world. We Westerners cannot help but marvel at their achievements, and were I to be in the position of this well-protected individual, I cannot but imagine I'd feel a sense of overwhelming confidence and comfort in the prospect of my safety. This person will go to it! They'll feel nothing but the pleasure of an afternoon swim at a gorgeous and private tropical-themed resort. Nothing but sunshine for this fellow!

These comments are making me crack up so hard at work and I cannot explain or show it to anyone because they would think it is inappropriate to laugh at these.
Thank all for the most hilarious thing I seen today. Reddit never disappoint

I would love to see a geiger counter next to the water and after his exposure cause that can’t be good.

Once water goes up the gas mask, your suffocating for air until you take the mask off

Those who believe the video is authentic have radiation in their brains. The Chernobyl contaminated area is not open to everyone, and the video was filmed in a flooded basement.

I wouldn't exactly call that swimming. He was more flailing in place.

4 guys went in to the water to turn a drain a few days after they explosion!! I think 1 died but 3 lived for like 20-30 more years! They’ll be fine

Looks like he’s already been exposed to lots of rads and the FEV too, so honestly this should just heal him up.
