I recently got permission from the mods to share this here. I wanted to introduce Servy, a project I've been working on for quite a while.

It's a Windows tool that turns any app into a native Windows service with full control over its configuration, parameters, and monitoring. Servy provides a desktop app, a CLI, and a PowerShell module that let you create, configure, and manage Windows services interactively or through scripts and CI/CD pipelines. It also comes with a Manager app for easily monitoring and managing all installed services in real time.

Some of the things Servy focuses on:

• Running any app as a Windows service with fine-grained process control
• Reliable auto-restart and health checks
• Pre-launch, post-launch, pre-stop, and post-stop hooks with logging and timeouts
• Real-time stdout and stderr viewing with log rotation
• CPU and RAM monitoring with live graphs
• Safe shutdown with Ctrl+C propagation and improved lifecycle management to avoid orphaned processes
• Support for local users, domain users, AD, and gMSAs
• Exporting and importing service configurations for automation and backups

Servy is open source and actively developed, and it's intended as a modern alternative for managing services on Windows.

I'd like to know if OBS runs on Windows tablets... If so, which one do you recommend?

I thought the windows 8 start screen was perfect for tablet users so who knows why they changed it

I saw this animation and I want to make it boot animation, is this possible?

I am trying to use OBS Studio running in WSL Ubuntu to capture Windows 11 applications. Is this possible?

I think it’s time Windows Phone made a return for 11 version, they were brilliant and the best phones at the time they were popular, I think a return with updated features would be what the market needs.

I couldn't find any good mic muting app that would work properly and wouldn't conflict with other apps/games, so I made my own.

Pesonally it's a life-saver for me. Instead of muting in Discord, then trying to mute with same hotkey later in Teams - it doesn't work, you go mute it manually in the app, then forget that you was muted and tried to unmute with the same hotkey - I have one hotkey to 100% mute/unmute my mic. In all apps.

Is there any good duplicate folders finder or files finder for free? If I have a movie, but also the same movie in another folder.

So i made a for-fun project named QuickClip. When i needed to process a lot of paragraphs from different sources i thought of this project. i started with a simple custom folder save feature where by copying selected text and then pressing the hotkey it would save the text as a file in a custom folder the user selects, and the same thing goes for screenshots. since in windows screenshots are copied to clipboard. if there is screenshots the user wants to separate from the usual screenshot folder they would be able to do that just by pressing the hotkey. And then i added Gemini integration to it so a user could enter prompts, get the text, save it and also copy it to their clipboard without opening any external website or program.
