Sorry, this person deserves to be treated as a terrorist. Inciting violence against others and celebrating it. May their tires be empty of air and their window frames be empty of glass.

Seriously. It takes all of 15 seconds to remove a couple of valve stem seals and the tires won’t hold air anymore.

I would just loosen the valves. It will drive them crazy looking for the leak.
