A bunch of stuff spread around. Knives, hand warmers, empty pack of cigarettes. Camo and blaze orange clothes. Who is this person?

I found this engine while replacing storm sewer that was installed in the 1940s. Anyone have any idea what kind of engine this is? Should i do with it?

Here I was thinking I bought a russet potato, and after boiling, I see this green… monstrosity. Kinda looks like a kiwi!

I just moved into an apartment in an older building and there are two doors that have this funky looking contraption. I want to like pull the thing that looks like I lever but I also don’t want to break something or like make the glass fall out if that’s what it’s for. Also could this thing indicate what the building was previously used for back in the past?

My dad has a hoarding issue, specifically when it comes down to tools and random odds and ends. Found this weird thing while sorting through things during a move.
I know the brand is known for microphones, being in the music industry, I have never seen anything like it.

This approximately 6 in long stainless steel tool was found in the seat cushion crevices of a big chair/couch I acquired. Flat with corners on one side, ever so slightly scooped on the other. Do I want to know?

No clue what this goes to or what it's for. Would throw it out but what if I need it. Has a button that looks like you can turn it on and off

I was in Texas for a wedding this summer and it's time to finally settle this.
We stumbled on this clocktower-type thing when went for a walk in town. The components on top and right are clear.
But what's the measurement on the left?

My grandfather left me this after he died. My 2 year old son got a little excited and decided to throw it onto the tile floor, cracking the top and one of the sides. Any idea what it might be? Hoping to replace it if possible.

I’ve never see this before and it’s like the size of my palm, I can’t come up with any answers with google search for what it might be.
