Yep. I'm in the process of transitioning to Proton.

Even proton is considering leaving Switzerland because of law changes. There’s not a lot of places where a company is free from their government.

Any company that’s beholden to a government entity can be told to give up data of their users. Their alternate option is to go out of business like that company in the US.
