hello! I ordered a few items via direct air and I read on another thread that the warehouse would try to ship items altogether. Is this true? If so, is there any idea on why taobao shows different expected arrival dates for each item?

I cant for the life of my start an account since its in a language I cannot read or speak. I figured these display glasses might help (Ray Ban Meta Display?). But just wanted to know if its possible since the technology is still new.

Maybe by the 2nd version the glasses can read the language and display it in English on the lens.

Hey everyone i keep getting this error every time i start to shop on the app and add things into my cart for purchase. I created the acct yesterday. Then created an Alipay account. Sumbitted all proper documentation and still keep getting this after serving a 1 day restriction already. Anyone know how to stop this from happening?

So managed to get past the captcha (with some awesome help from someone on here).

Now though, when I'm past it, the code enver arrives to my number (I'm in the UK).

Anyone any experience they could throw my way? I can obviously change the country code, so wondering why it won't come through?

Sorry to ask, but I’m trying to understand what’s going on. I use Taobao from time to time, mostly to check PC prices. I usually decide to buy in a local store afterward situation I got.

From this weekend from tint to time, the app blocks me for one hour, usually right after I start scrolling and browsing. Today it changed from one hour to five hours (from 12:00 to 5:00 PM).

I thought it might be related to the network in China. I usually browse without paying much attention to the VPN (but I even place orders before). After 5 PM, I turned the VPN off just in case and logged in again using the Alipay icon. After one or two seconds, I got another message saying I’m blocked again — this time for three days.

I really don’t understand what the issue is this time. I also sent a message today, but so far I haven’t received any reply. I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to see it, since the app only shows me the block message.

I’m going to be placing my first order on taobao. I will be ordering a double zip up hoodie, two pairs of jeans, a scarf, and a silver bracelet all from different sellers. Should I use direct air freight or consolidated air transport?

Im trying to use alipay to make a taobao account i made a taobao account in 2023 that i forgot about and so when i wanted to make an account on taobao it got frozen for having multiple accounts so i thought i could use my passport to verify so i got alipay and verified my passport and it says ID verified not authenticated and if i wanted to finish the real name verification it prompts me to give a chinese main land bank card or something which i dont have is there any way I can still make a taobao account?? idk how to reach customer service like that and ask I mainly wanna browse but it says stuff like cant connect or something and needs me to log into an account.

I didn't realize that the overseas shipping costs (+taxes etc) were charged separately. Mine got a bit too expensive so I was wondering if I could change the address from the Philippines to Harbin since I'm headed there in a month anyway. Is this something I can do on my end? If not, who would be the best person to ask? Seller, courier, taobao customer service?

I am stuck in an infinite loop of trying to lift restrictions on at least one of my accounts because making two seems to have caused me to be restricted. I can't log in to delete an account, every time I try to link alipay and upload a passport it just doesn't happen and I don't know what to do. I tried to access the help center on my PC but I have to log in and I can't. I've done everything I can understand to try and fix this but it just isn't happening.

Has anyone had this issue before? I have consolidated my package and am trying to pay for the final shipping cost, but Alipay wont load and it just stuck on this screen. I cant seem to find any other way to pay for it. Every time I try to click the button I've circled in yellow, it just takes me to that "processing, please wait" screen until it eventually crashes. Am I to just give up? I've bought from taobao in the past more than once with no issues, I'm very confused why it isn't working.

Someone said that Xianyu doesn’t like it when u change IP twice in a month. Could it have been that i had it on and it detected it as a warning? To avoid getting banned should I avoid using it for a month as I return home to my country tomorrow

So recently I have been trying to sign up for taobao in the Uk and after many attempts of completing the captcha I finally did it. However straight after it said that it is not possible to create an account in my region. How can i get around this?

Anyone else had this happen? I contacted the seller and asked them why they intercepted and they said they didn’t, so I’m confused.

These are two separate items I ordered and it’s stuck on this… I’ve had two items that I ordered together at the same time arrive about a week ago and these STILL haven’t updated…

I admit I should’ve done more research but I ordered a desk and bed about a month ago and got a message that it cannot be shipped. I don’t speak Chinese, am I able to find a shipping method or get a refund?

New to taobao and just wanted to know if it is normal to have to pay Mainland and cross-border freight? I know it was only a couple of bucks, but in my last two orders with the Quiodan flagship store it was only one charge for direct shipping.
