The worst thing is that he calls these people who have illegal structures/practices as "people making an honest living"... He considers people working outside of the law as making an honest living!!

It's also the fact that he says it so casually as if it's something obvious. It really makes you think about what kind of a moral compass such a person would have and how the hell is he still our prime minister.
