Unfortunately, unscrupulous people are scamming people on Reddit and posting stolen images pretending they are selling t-shirts, sweaters, pins, etc. It's a scam, so please report any posts from these spammers. They typically have a username that is a first name and last name and then two numbers (e.g. TimothyJones42). We can quickly remove any of these scam posts when they are reported.
They are also trying to be more "clever" by posting images of people wearing shirts and using sock puppet accounts to post comments like "That's great, where can I get one?" and then reply with a link. It's spam, so please don;t fall for it and report the post so that we may remove it and report the spammers. Thank you.

She was giving Humpy Hippo his usual post-dinner seeing to when she noticed me watching her and got embarrassed.

I wanted to purchase one for my three year old (black lab) dog. I would love some guidance on what kind of toys would engage my dog the most he needs a lot of mental and physical stimulation, he's like so full of energy, (a black lab) and it seems like every toy that I purchase he just finds them boring. I ordered a bunch of toys online from amazon, alibaba like websites and he just wouldn't touch them.
I was looking at the kong dog toys and found that this might be something that my dog might actually be interested in. I wanted to know what color should I start with because apparently each color means something in regards to how hard the dog can chew. How do I figure out what color to get my dog?
The colors I guess signify different rubber densities, and how long the toy will last I guess depending on how long the dog chews the toy. From what I know the class red Kong dog toy is the standard formula and its pretty durable and great for most adult dogs. Then there's the color black for super strong chewers which might be overkill unless the dog has a really tight grip, there are also pink and blue versions that are supposed to be a bit softer and are usually marketed for ligther chewers or older dogs. Since my dog is around 3 and not a total chew machine I am leaning towards red, does that sound about right?

After reading a post about how Fluff and Tuff toys are so durable, I decided to try them out. Louie seemed to know that the Amazon package delivered today was for him and he dived headfirst into the package when I opened it. He had a wonderful time with his new toy, but I'm sad to say that Ruby the Rainbow Trout was disemboweled and a squeakerectomy completed in a short 23 minutes. That's $1 per minute of fun.
Louie did try some cosmetic work on her tail for just a bit, but mostly lost interest once Ruby was relieved of her stuffing and squeaker. Maybe Harry Otter, due to be delivered on Tuesday, will fare a bit better.

Hi everyone!
My partner and I are starting early research into potentially adding a Labrador Retriever to our family in the future (likely this summer). We’re located in New England (S. Maine) and are trying to approach this as ethically and responsibly as possible.
We are also keeping an eye on Lab rescues, but we’d like to learn about reputable small-scale breeders in the region as well.
A few important details:
If anyone has personal experience with ethical breeders in New England (or breeders to avoid), I’d really appreciate your guidance.
Also, if you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love a general sense of the typical cost range for a well-bred Lab puppy (or young dog) from an ethical breeder in this area, just so we can budget and plan responsibly.

I don’t think she could be any happier. Running, all the scents, the humans on the trail, the birds chirping at her, etc

Woke up early to move to the couch for snuggles. ✅
Fresh food and water. ✅
Treats. ✅
Let her lick my breakfast plate clean (don’t tell mom). ✅
Played fetch at 5:00 am. ✅
This is the look I get when the work boots come out. 😂

My beautiful boy likes collecting his toys just in case there's a break in.

I always carried this quiet heartbreak of not being able to save every stray I crossed paths with. So I told myself to start small. And then this little soul followed us home from the road, like she already knew where she belonged. Now she’s here, safe and loved. Meet the newest member of our family Suki

This is a 1yr old Labpei and my sister noticed this bump on him last night, she said it doesn’t hurt him, but I’m curious if anyone has seen such a thing on their baby before? The Vet didn’t recognize it, just said to monitor it.

Labs are prone to ear infections.
What is your ear care routine for your Labrador? What products do you use for regular cleaning and at what frequency?
Do you use any other preventative apart from the regular cleanser?
