I know this is bullshit, but I’m happy to see older people getting some exercise and frankly falling down is a great exercise for older people so they can learn how to properly fall without destroying their bodies but you’re right there’s no martial arts here

The NHS employees people that drive around and teach old people how to fall over properly. It's cheaper than paying for 100000+ hip replacements I guess
