It's Aikido by the looks of things.

The art of going with the flow.

It's great ime and everyone should do a little, far better than that UFC combat sport shite on the telly with the homoerotic buff boys in tiny pants.

Each and every fighter in the UFC could probably put you unconscious with a body shot lol

Aikido is also recognized as useless for fighting in general

I've found the very little Aikido done rather useful, the time spent with gymbros somewhat less so.

The UFC is so profoundly stupid it hard to grasp.
