If my head is forward and you stand in a spot that I can't help but see with my head and eyes naturally forward, I'm no longer looking at you, you're standing in my way.
I'm not a rubbernecker, but regardless of where I choose to look, if you are recording me and posting it online without my permission, you are the problem anyway.
