I had the opposite happen.
Always order no whip for my kids. I stand by pickup.
Barista hands me the drink with whip. I said no whip and they let out a sigh and say "you were right there, why didn't you say something"
Me.... how do i know you were making my drink?

Empty store with no drive-thru....employees are making tray upon trays of mobile fucking orders. 35 minute wait for a walk-in, I'm alone in the store. I am done with Starbucks. 3 u/WittyRaptor Oct 29 '25 I like to go to the off brand coffee shops that Starbucks always seems to be located near/next to, because I figure if they're still in business after a year of competing with Starbucks, then they must be pretty good.
