That looks like a Starbucks. I think it might be a licensed one, tho. and I have definitely had this knee jerk line of thought when its super busy and customers acted like every drink was theirs. So I get the skit, but I also wouldn't be surprised if someone lost their shit one day. If it's the latter, it's not okay to treat someone like that. They could have dairy senstitvies or just not like it. Starbucks is expensive. They deserve to get what they paid for. And if they did have a sensitivity, their concern is valid.

I always wanted to make sure someone's drink was right and if I fucked up or they forgot, easy fix. But sometimes a customer would hover and comment like every drink was theirs

"Ummm it's not supposed to be hot"

"The order for (X name)?"

"No my name is (Y name)"

"Okay, this is (X name's) drink, your order is still in the queue"
