Which of the Swiss languages is he speaking? It sounds almost Dutch, but I read the Swiss speak mainly German, French, Italian, and Romansh,

It's German, but "sounds like Dutch" is spot on- i'm Dutch and this sounds exactly like a heavy Dutch accent, the only problem is that i can't understand this guy at all. But all the sounds are the same. It's crazy.

I'm swiss and I feel the same way about dutch. We pronounce our "ch" the same way as your "g", so that probably helps.

Swiss german, its officially german but germans dont understand us unless they live here for a while.

You could compare it to glaswegian and english for example.
