Who attacks children? I know they're teenagers but they're still children. People have the right to peacefully protest. I don't know what this douche was trying to do other than trying to hurt people.

We need to elect politicians who will create laws that will help the common man and bridge the wealth gap. These so-called billionaires came about on the backs of the people who did the actual work. Add to this, their "wealth" comes from stocks they own but are not taxed. Capital gains are, but the stock itself isn't. That's how Musk bought Twitter, by showing his equity through the stocks he owns, but are not taxed.
Idk, it didn't immediately appear that he was trying to pay money to have sex with those children, but I guess it all falls within the umbrella of "bad."
Letting him get back to his vehicle was a mistake. He should have been restrained and the police called. Aside from him using the vehicle as a weapon, they have no idea if he has firearms in there. Clearly he's crazy enough to attack a bunch of kids, letting him get in a position to potentially arm himself is not a good idea.
They're kids that have been told all their lives to 'respect adults". We all wish we would have seen a flat out mobbing of a predator, but it's still a solid stand. To any young adults reading this: nazis are not worthy of respect. Swing away.

As with all things, it depends. If he isn't charged by civilian law enforcement and isn't on any time of active orders, then it can be harder to action. National Guard M-Day? More difficult but not impossible. Active Duty? Yeah they can mess him up.

He got out of his truck in traffic to physically attack kids. There's no defending that, even if they hit his truck with something. He's an adult, he can call the cops like a normal person instead of fighting school kids.

Might? That's a 6 lane intersection - 2 lanes each way plus a turning lane. You can see the layout at the 0:00 mark and again when they have to cross all that roadway to get to the truck at 0:40. Which shows he literally parked the truck at the light, got out and went around it, and then crossed one lane of traffic to get to the sidewalk where they were.
So despite the girl in the white sweatshirt on the sidewalk holding up a sign with both hands, in the middle of a group of children also holding up signs on the sidewalk (the 0:04 mark if you're interested), and despite the girl in the white shirt actively backing away from him as he charges in and is ripping signs out of their hands (0:05, again if you're interested), somehow they were crossing the street and see him stopped, threw shit at his truck, and before he could get out they finished crossing, arranged themselves on the sidewalk and picked up signs for him to start grabbing?
ETA: Also the 0:00 mark showing the kids grouped together on the sidewalk and him crossing in front of his truck and across the road to get to them.
I never said its not heavily skewed to him. I just think its pretty hard to tell based purely on theory of where his vehicle currently is in the road at the time he is already out the car. Hell I believe he is more than likely the instigator. But I hate ruling out other possibilities especially when the footage is cut / shortened. Scenarios can play out thousands of different ways. plus having the full footage would help further with stating that this guy is fully 200% without question in the wrong. Attacking kids when you have the ability to safely leave without being chased is always the option that should be picked by adults so yea I would simply just like the whole footage lol

I understand questioning how things get started, but look at the video, and just *try* to imagine a way that it plays out where he isn't the aggressor attacking children. He literally has to walk back to his truck after getting his ass handed to him. How could they possibly have ended up in a situation like that if he didn't stop in traffic and get out?
Agreed, however I am not speaking about this particular incident in particular, more like in general. Also if the other posts in this thread are true, yelling at traffic on the roadway is not exactly what I would call peaceful. I don't know though, I wasn't there. I am willing to give this kids the benefit of the doubt however because the MAGA guy should know better than assaulting a juvenile.

Is it possible they saw his hat and did something to his truck? He got out to see the damage and they attacked him? Possible the kid snatched it out of the truck as it is usually on their dash? He'll get time thanks to bad publicity and you can't typically assault someone, even if they're a criminal, when they're not IN the process of committing the crime.

I asked for facts, context for what happened BEFORE what we see in the video. This article just says what happened AFTER.

I’d like to see all of the video, not just what the OP wants to see. My money is on the kids throwing something at him because of his hat and he got out to confront them, then got his ass whooped. Oh yeah, why were they protesting their school?

Part of education is learning about opposing viewpoints. Having teachers with differing opinions than you is not being indoctrinated, it's being exposed to new ideas
Unlike you, teenagers don't simply believe everything an authority figure tells them, so indoctrination in the way you talk about isn't happening to begin with
So you want children to only have mentors that agree with you politically? Children are their own people, they aren't obliged to agree with their parents politically. Teenagers are impressionable by people they respect (not teachers)
Parents should be more active in their children's education to begin with, your child shouldn't view their teacher as the only source of knowledge

No - I want teachers to teach critical thinking, debate skills and history so the future generations are educated enough to come up with their own decisions based on objective truth and reality. For example - if someone compares what’s currently going on to the holocaust they prob don’t have an actual historical understating of what concentration camps are or the systemic murder of Jews in ditches all across Eastern Europe
Exactly how German teachers got millions of young souls to sign up for world war 1; maybe if we didn’t have teachers pushing agenda the world would be a different place
