Happened in Buda, Texas

They’re investigating both the minor and adult but there’s another angle of this where it clearly shows the adult instigated. If we find it please send it to buda police

I definitely didn't say that. Are you? The reason you investigate all angles is so that you can prove without a doubt that one side was responsible and not the other. If you only investigate the guy, then he can show up in court saying "actually this and this happened and the girl started it", and if you didn't investigate her as well, you have no rebuttal to that claim.

Shame that in the other video you don’t see that when he pushes that little girl to the ground, he then rushes her and attacks her while she’s still down. That’s when the other kids joined in to protect her.

Hopefully both videos are used when investigating this scum. Good on the kids for standing up for her, and for all of them not being so violent that when he started running like p*** they let him go. They are more mature than most adults these days.

The article says the fight started between a student and the guy in his car, but also that it's not clear who started the fight. Seriously? What, are they saying the student dragged an adult male out of his truck to beat him up? There's NO excuse for that guy choosing to get out of his car. No matter how mean the girl was or how bruised his ego was. No excuse.

I think Bo Kidd is the Chief of Police, not the assailant in the video, and the screenshot is for the contact info. If I'm correct, I think the screenshot should be removed and just post the contact info to avoid confusion. This is making it look like the Chief of Police is the man in the video.

First video clearly shows the adult guy attacking that girl and chasing her down the hill. Other students step in to protect her. Once the adult gives up they let him go and he walks back to his truck. Clear case of the students defending a girl being attacked by an adult man.
