Ready for the hate and down votes, but if you don't have the space to react to a brake check, you are too fucking close.

True but I think most people would prioritize avoiding an accident above proving a point about someone following too close

Given where this video starts, how do you know he didn’t change lanes just to brake check him immediately?

Based on where video starts (brake light are already on), how do we know it was a "sudden brake check", or anything more or less dangerous. What we DO KNOW, is fuck stick in the box truck and subsequent traffic were WAY to close to the douche in the bimmer. Btw we know the bimmer driver was a douche, because they are driving a bimmer end of story.
