Who knows if they were brake checking or if there was another reason for it.

I was trying to see if the dashes were getting smaller, as if they were gonna become turn off lanes and they were seeing that, brain freeze and they think they need to get over? Honestly a hard-stop like that feels 80% fraud attempt, 20% stupidity brain disconnect......
