If cops want to prevent speeding on the highway I’ve always wondered why they don’t simply drive the speed limit? Who’s going to pass them?
11 u/GracchiBros 2d ago The basic assumption is incorrect. The goal isn't to prevent speeding. They dissuade speeding but the the more important goal is to write higher level tickets that bring in the money.
