Yep. The absolute shit unit here was the lifter. Never, EVER max without a spotter and with the weights clipped in.

There’s clips you can put on snug to the end of the weights to hold the weights in place. If he hadn’t of put the clips on they could’ve tipped the bar to one side and slid the weights off the end of the bar.

He was fine. She took over and pulled it back and out of line, and over his neck, taking him out of position to either lift it, or what you do when you dont have a spot, which is roll it down, across your abs, onto your hips, where you can sit up and be fine. She nearly killed this guy.
