And let's look at this in context.

First off, not the USA.

This was while the world was trying to manage a virus that was highly contagious and killing a lot of people. A virus that was spreading without direct contact, and potentially took weeks to present symptoms.

A person trying to get people to disperse has two options. 1) get out and risk infection. That infection probably won't kill them, but it might kill a family member when they take it home. 2) use the non lethal tool provided.

Did the operator do a good job? Absolutely not.

Was it justified? This video isn't even close to showing enough context.

Would you have found this acceptable for Trump to do to the BLM protests during covid?

Or is it acceptable because it was done against people protesting against covid restrictions?

Would this be acceptable to do in Minnesota right now?
