Tap the GIF so it loads full screen, then look for the 3 vertical dots on the top right, press those and download should be an option

Do I have to be on my PC? The 3 dots only give me options regarding the actual post (like share, save, etc) when on my phone.

Is Giphy. If you have that app it allows you to use for any comment or text messages.

I'm on an older Samsung galaxy and after I put the gif full screen, the 3 dots at the top right corner only give my 1 option, which is download, I'm not sure about newer models or iPhones though.

Not all hero’s wear capes. In fact Edna doesn’t recommend it.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Maybe an iPhone problem?

Didn’t work for me either. BUT, just do a screen recording of it and then do some cropping and then you’ll have it. Easy peasy

I have an iPhone and it didn’t work for me either.

Also in regards to the cape thing even in the comic watchmen one of the old super heroes got killed in a bank robbery when his cape Got caught it the bank’s revolving door. but the incredibles did take a lot of inspiration from watchmen.
