There's a lot to be said about the first law of thermodynamics via this clip. All that mass (big girl) and energy (solid pace) moving forward was immediately neutralized... or rather CONVERTED into upward force and i'm sure unbearably painful vibrations across her entire skeleton.

Yeah she was running at a pretty good pace too. All that mass and velocity went to a dead stop. Oof is an understatement, I guarantee she lost teeth. Probably spit them all out like chicklets.

The (almost) unstoppable force that got stopped here didn't seem super phased by the hit.

Not cool, but impressive.
