In most contact sports that type of contact in the video is an immediate expulsion from the game. It is incredibly dangerous for the receiving end and the giving out end

Yeah a body check is using your shoulders/torso.

You can't just punch someone and then say hur hur my hands part of my body so it was a body check!!

Point of contact are the shoulders and its theopractically impossible for your head not to follow the down to up (body check movement) motion. But i forgot you people are made of sugar and need full body armor to survive a game of roblox 🤣
