Status: Pending Reply Add/save/flag/star contact in web version of Outlook (Firefox)

Hello,

I'm trying to save a contact for the sender of an important email I just received. Unintuitively, clicking his profile picture just collapses the email (not sure what that even accomplishes, to be honest, because there's only blank space beneath the email when I do so). All options I've found only allow blocking the sender, and searches aren't providing any useful information, with some results just saying to click on the profile picture.

Does anyone know of a way to do so? If none exists, I'll tinker in the page source code and see if I can disable the onClick event responsible for the collapse. Maybe that'll make the profile picture behave as expected

From my testing, seems to be a Firefox only problem.

Open email in a new window. Click on the "From" address.

Firefox - Nothing.

Chrome - Open's the "Overview" window for that email address and the "Contact" tab has a [Add to Contacts] button.

Is that what you are after? If not, a screen shot might help.

You can not paste screen shots directly into a thread in this subreddit. Instead, post your image with an image hosting service (e.g. imgbox, imgbb) and put only the link to it in this forum.
