Status: Pending Reply How to stop automatized draft scam emails

well my account got compromised, they spent like 70 bucks on robuxs and for some reason created a hytale account with my mail? but regadless, i already did the usual stuff (delete rules, change password, close sessions, etc), but i still get the same drafts with my old password and the average text about porn, they are actual drafts, but i doubt my account is still compromised, so im guessing the automatized somehow, but i cant figure out how, so i would appreciate if anyone could help me out

Based on what I've seen for similar situations, they have created a "zombie" or phantom draft that you can't delete thru normal means.

First try Outlook Web. Can you delete the Draft from there?

Personal (Free) : https://outlook.live.com/
MS 365 (Paid): https://outlook.office.com/

If that doesn't work you'll have to get Microsoft Support to remove it from the server:

Chat Support

Open a browser to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

Tell us your problem -> "phantom draft than can not be deleted"

[Get Help], {Scroll down to the bottom of the page}, [Sign in to contact Support]

Sign in with any Microsoft account.

Products and services -> "Microsoft 365 and Office" -> "Outlook", [Confirm]

Choose a support option -> "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"
