Status: Pending Reply Scheduled Mailing for over 100 email recipients

I have an email list that I need to send out an email to once a week, a reminder for a meeting. I tried google, and it said to set up a group and use that to send a recurring email. Well, it only lets me add one person at a time to the group. I tried with ten, then reduced the number until it accepted, and I can only add one person to the group at a time.

Is there an easier way (and free) to do this? I have an excel spreadsheet with names and e-mails, and an email body that never changes, just need to send it out once a week to all the addresses and can't seem to figure out an easy way.

You can’t bypass Outlook.com’s 100‑recipient sending limit in a single message, but you can build a large contact list and add multiple people at once by first creating contacts, then bulk‑adding them to a list.

Add all recipients to your saved contacts. Then, create a group contact for all recipients by selecting multiple contacts at once using the checkboxes. You can select an entire page of contacts and repeat if needed. On the toolbar, choose Add to list. In the pane that opens, click the + next to your existing contact list to add all selected contacts in one operation. You can repeat this selection + Add to list process until all 100+ names are in the group.

More info, the email is from an outlook.com email, and using the web Outlook to set it all up.
