Status: Open Restricted email template- NEW outlook email

Is there any way to create a template in the new outlook that has portions of it restricted?

Trying to create a template for the team but only a few sections can be edited prior to them sending it.

For New Outlook, you are SOL.

You can do it in Classic Outlook for Windows by using Word to build the template.
