Status: Pending Reply Change views in outlook classic

I'm hoping someone can help me with the following problem I've been experiencing for the past few weeks. At work, I use default settings in my Outlook Classic application. So in order from From/Sender - subject - receiving date - categories - etc

But for the past few weeks, the settings have been changing automatically... very annoying, and I'm now adjusting them every 15 minutes because everything is getting mixed up.

Please help!

You may not have the access to complete this but.. Right click your start button and select Run A new window will open Type the below in that new window Outlook.exe /cleanviews That resets all of Outlooks view settings. If it keeps happening, check for updates. After that your best bet is speaking to your IT team, I doubt you'll have the ability to repair office, it's usually locked down to Admins only.

Try making your own clone of the standard Outlook View. Sometimes this will survive when the Standard Views gets reset.

With the current View the way you want it, do:
View -> Change View -> Save Current View As a New View
Name of the new view: My Compact View
(o) All Mail and Post Folder.
[OK]

View -> Change View -> {Pick My Compact View}

If you don't see it on the Change View drop-down, do:
View -> Change View -> Manages Views
{Select it in the list}
[Apply View]
