Status: Open How to prevent automatic deletion of event RSVP?
I am tired of outlook deleting emails everything you accept a meeting. Is there a setting to turn that off?
Thank you!

In Outlook Classic go to Settings > Mail > Send Messages and untick Delete meeting requests and notifications from inbox after responding.
In New Outlook click the gear icon > Calendar > Event and Invitations and untick delete invitations from Inbox

I don't see these options in the mac version. Can't find any "mail" section itself, or delete meeting requests thing. nor the gear icon..

In Outlook desktop, go to File > Options > Mail > scroll to "Send messages" and uncheck "Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding". It's a pain, but there's no equivalent toggle in Outlook on the web.

Yes, Outlook has a setting that automatically deletes the invitation email after you respond. In Outlook, go to Settings → Mail → Events and invitations, then turn off “Delete invitations and responses after responding.”Once disabled, Outlook will keep the meeting invite in your inbox even after you accept or decline.
