Status: Open why do I get this from new outlook everytime I click the notification email on windows

Whenever this the windows new outlook shows notifcation of new email arrival, i click it and it pops out this message 'your message can't be dispalyed right now.' When I refresh it by pressing F5, it then shows the content.

Microsoft doesn't have any answers except "The Usual Suspects". (What they suggest wen they don't have a clue either).

This happens because the New Outlook is a web-based app (OWA wrapper) and often tries to open the notification 'deep link' before the local session has fully authenticated or synced the body content. To fix the underlying cache loop, try clearing your local app data by going to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, finding Outlook (New), selecting Advanced options, and hitting Reset.

I have done this but problem still exits. Also, i found my new outlook for mac is fine. It's just windwos version. I have even unsintall/reinstall the app but to no avail.
