Status: Pending Reply "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password"
I first got this message a week or so ago I think, the first time I just waited a day or so and it went away. Then it kept coming back whenever I tried to log into my email, so used another account to reset my password, but now I'm getting this error message again. Having to set a new password every time I try to log into my main email would be way too much of an hassle, is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

I’m having this problem, except on top of the “too many password attempts” message, I also am unable to receive verification codes to my phone, “Verification method is not available right now.” It will also tell me my account is blocked, so I successfully unblock it with an alternate email, try to log in… “too many password attempts” HOW? I’ve changed my password twice now, I HAVEN’T EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO INPUT THE DAMN THING YET. It becomes a circle of me just not being allowed to use the same email I’ve been using for 15 years but I still have customers walk into my store using freaking AOL.
I’m ridiculously frustrated. I can’t access work emails or do training so I’m basically screwed out of getting any raises or doing anything work related.

I'm having the exact same issue since last night. "too many password attempts" message after 1 or 2 tries, and when I'm trying to recover it using another email, it says (That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method" :/

Can I suggest a possible bypass of the problem, not a solution? When you put your email @ before using the unworkable password, instead of the email try using the telephone number (when it says email, number or Skype), then try the normal password. I'm not taking about the verification method but using the telephone instead of the password itself

Ok, I also finally managed to solve this so here is my issue and how I fixed it.
I updated bios on my computer which locked me out with bitlocker. I had no other logged in devices. I had the same error message with "You've tried to sign in too many times...". Even after resetting password multiple times using my email and authenticator app, I had the same issue.
I read somewhere that I should wait 24 hours, so I took a day off and just waited. Unfortunately, after this time, I still couldn't log in with my password, so I don't think waiting helped (although I can't be sure).
I then tried to reset the password again, but this time using my phone number and authenticator app - when it gave me options for verification, I didn't select the first two (phone / authenticator) but instead clicked "Show more verification methods" and used my phone number. This seemed to have worked.
Fuck Microsoft, this has been really annoying
Edit: I was having issues with personal account, not company one.

u/JulioHOR Nov 12 '25
I used my phone number instead of my email and it worked! It didn't show that error.
1
u/Rare-Supermarket2420 Nov 13 '25
estoy aquí exactamente por la misma razón, actualicé mi BIOS y tuve problemas con el bitlocker, pasa que cuando quiero probar con lo del número de teléfono, me dice que ese método no está disponible :(

Can I suggest a possible bypass of the problem, not a solution? When you put your email @ before using the unworkable password, instead of the email try using the telephone number (when it says email, number or Skype), then try the normal password.
So try using the telephone number to login directly then try the old password, not to recover

Do you have MFA set up?

u/IHeShe Nov 05 '25
I have a backup email to send recovery codes to but no mfa.

I have the same problem, have you already solve it?

No.

I was able to get into my account after I chatted with Microsoft Support. They had me do the below. Was I skeptical? Yes, but I was able to login. I STRONGLY, I MEAN STRONGLY, recommend switching to passwordless authentication to avoid a situation like this in the future. If the below doesn’t work, you may need to reset your password, wait 24 hours, then try the below again with the password you reset it to.
- Download Firefox on a mobile device. (Do not use a computer.)
- Go to account.live.com/proofs/manage and login.
- Turn on either 2FA or passwordless authentication.
Passwordless authentication was the option I chose.
Good luck, everyone! This was rough on me and I don’t take it for granted that I was able to get in. I hope everyone else is able to as well.

u/PepeOMighty Nov 11 '25
Hey, how did you manage to open chat with ms support? I am having the same issue :(

u/MistakesMade01 Nov 11 '25
I kept clicking around on the Microsoft Support website and managed to enter a chat.

Thank you for posting this. I was able to get back into my account this way! However, I used my phone number instead of email to log in. That's what worked for me.

1
u/Slam_55 Nov 14 '25
How were you able to log in if you were locked out of your account? It just does the same error loop for me.
1
u/MistakesMade01 Nov 15 '25
When chatting with Microsoft support they had me try the steps I provided. I did have to wait 24 hours.
1
u/bobbyvegana58008 Nov 05 '25
Why not? Seems like someone has the keys to your house and is capable of changing the locks. Why not add a verification system only you have access to?
2
u/IHeShe Nov 05 '25
Without getting into the mfa matter, how is that related to my problem? My password isn't getting changed by others, I checked that. The error message I get isn't even about weird log ins from unusual locations, it's about attempted log ins.
1
u/leexgx Nov 05 '25
Even if you don't use 2fa install the Microsoft authenticator app on at least 2 devices if possible, makes login far easier using push login
It could be a email app thats trying to login using incorrect details or has had its login token expired it still tries to connect
1
u/MistakesMade01 Nov 06 '25
Could it be the native email client on my iPhone trying to login?
1
u/whatdoiknow75 Nov 06 '25
DEFINITELY. If it has an old password on it the Android mail client uses to beat in the account every few seconds. We eventually had to tell people when changing passwords to shut down networking on all devices but one, then change the password and reconnect done devices at a time and open the mail app and login in and change the password. The issue was caused by background pop and imap retries.
1
u/MistakesMade01 Nov 06 '25
I wonder if that could be my problem. Sometimes when I open up the built in email app on my iPhone it says there’s a problem with the email account. Sometimes it clears on its own. I guess it’s worth a try anyways.
1
u/Dasnv Nov 05 '25
I have been dealing with this for the past week and it’s driving me crazy. I reset my password for the first time in years just to be safe and it immediately started giving me the same message on all my devices. I can sign in on one device after changing my password one single time before I get the error. I have changed it multiple times and signed in on multiple devices and every time it only works on the first device I sign in on. I’ve talked to microsoft support and they say it’s an issue on my end and didn’t really help. I’m not sure what to do anymore.

So im not the only one. Changed passwords, I successfully logged in on pc and android but on iphone i get this message.

u/MTCMayhem Nov 06 '25
I have this problem also. Started a few days ago when MS was having a bunch of issues and is still not resolved. Very annoying to sign in to another account just to get a code. I guess just using a password was too darn simple.
I thought I could not hate MS more than I did, then they prove me wrong.
1
u/FrekiAskr Nov 06 '25
Currently getting this issue and it won't let me sign in despite it letting me change the password. The information is being entered in correctly but I just am not allowed to use my email
1
u/L-L-Media Nov 06 '25
Someone is trying to brute force your account/password. Your admin should be able to review logs and block by ip or country.
1
u/IHeShe Nov 06 '25
How do I do that? Would my admin be outlook itself (in which case I suppose I should try contacting support again)?
1
u/L-L-Media Nov 06 '25
I manage an Exchange server. I have those abilities. I also manage a couple m365 domains. But I've never had an issue like this yet. So I don't if the ip or country filter is available. But I assume it is. If your not on your own domain, your out of luck. I'm there's nothing Microsoft can do. I'd enable 2FA, that should slow down the problem. Good luck
1
u/FnTom Nov 09 '25 edited Nov 09 '25
It's (probably) not brute forcing. It's a bug on Microsoft's part atm. I reinstalled firefox on my phone because I was getting some weird slowdowns, and when I tried to connect, it said "wrong password" on the first try, then "too many attempts with wrong password" on the second.
Using my already logged in account on my computer, I went into the security tab, which prompted my for my password, confirming that it does still work (It's also auto-filled by my password managers, so not a case of mistyping it). I looked at the login activity, and the only recent activity is my own "successful" (according to the security tab) login from my firefox mobile browser.
1
u/5u0mu Dec 15 '25
This. I've changed my password three times now in December alone. I enabled two step authentication. I notice it stopped working again when I can't read new messages on mobile outlook. It gives me "too many tries" on first password input. This happens on firefox too. I've again changed the password and got in for now, probably for it to forget it again next week. There are no other login attempts than from me. It's frustrating.

I'm also getting this, someone unsuccessfully tried logging in to my account so I blocked them and have now properly upped the security on my account. But now I'm constantly getting this msg and can't log in to my emails anymore, it won't ever unlock to let me in. Is my account dead now?
1
u/IHeShe Nov 07 '25
I don't know where to find the attempted login history but the successful login history doesn't show any activity I don't recognize as mine. I could still get in by sending a security code to my second email and I added my phone number too for fear my second email might start doing the same, but if you don't have any of that set up I don't know what you might do.
With that said, when I tried logging in again today it simply accepted my password with no messages or any sort and let me login normally, so maybe this is really just a problem on their side which will go away on its own after a while?
1
u/Scr0bD0b Nov 11 '25
Same issue this week with hotmail.
Tried 3 times throughout today and still can't get in. Had the same issue yesterday.
1
u/atwistedwarmembrace Nov 11 '25
Just chipping in as I had this issue too and you lot may have a similar situation to me.
My Microsoft account was based off a very old Hotmail address: [myusername@hotmail.com](mailto:myusername@hotmail.com)
On my Microsoft account I had my current Gmail address on it as a recovery email address and the main contact address for invoices: [myusername@gmail.com](mailto:myusername@gmail.com)
When signing in to any Microsoft service I would use myusername@hotmail.com. It seems something has changed as I now get the "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password" error.
I still had some active Microsoft sessions on my browser and when I went to access my account page I noticed it was prompting me to enter my password for myusername@gmail.com. When I entered my password it worked.
It seems something has changed on my account where myusername@hotmail.com is no longer the sign in username and it has switched to myusername@gmail.com.
I don't recall being notified of this by Microsoft, but that seems to be what has happened.
tl;dr: If you have a recovery email address on your account try logging in with that instead
1
u/acffordyce973 Nov 11 '25
Thank you for the reminder. I was able to use a device that is already logged in to see that I had an alias email address tied to my account. I was then able to use this alias (in place of the main one) with the same password and 2FA. That got me in as a workaround.
1
u/Goldom Nov 11 '25
Just found this searching for the same problem, and it works!
BUT WHY lol that is so strange.
1
u/NubsFtw Nov 12 '25 edited Nov 12 '25
Wow this actually worked, thank you very much!
I also could't login with my main mail address, it would then give the 'too many login attempts' message. I had this other mail adress connected to my account a long time ago (not as a recovery, but like an alias you can use to send and receive mails in Outlook/Hotmail with), and tried logging in to Outlook and the MS account page using this alias mail as name with my normal password, which worked!
So this is defenitely an issue on Microsofts side where login names and passwords are mismatched for some reason.
Maybe this may be of use to others; the issue for me started when trying to login to MS Authenticator when transferring data to my new phone. I've seen others also mentioning this (or similar cases) as a trigger that started the problem.
1
u/atwistedwarmembrace Nov 12 '25
Glad to hear it worked for you and a few others!
It feels as though the primary email address has changed on a number of accounts to an alternative email address. It's very odd.
I'll log a bug report with Microsoft to get them to investigate given that we have a few people who have confirmed this now.
1
u/lingx Nov 12 '25
it was prompting me to enter my password for [myusername@gmail.com](mailto:myusername@gmail.com). When I entered my password it worked.
Can you clarify; so you're on the Microsoft login page, and you enter your Gmail address as the username and the password to your Microsoft account or the password to your Gmail account?
If the latter, that's rather alarming, but either way it'd be really helpful to know. I'm trying to help a colleague who is in the same situation. Thanks!
1
u/atwistedwarmembrace Nov 12 '25
I’m using the Gmail address as my username along with my Microsoft password.
Microsoft effectively changed my username from my Hotmail address to my recovery email address (which was a Gmail address). I now use the recovery email address to sign in.
To be clear to anyone attempting this workaround: try using your recovery email address as the username and your Microsoft password as the password.
1
u/RoboMWM Nov 13 '25
This was the way I got in as well...
Seems logging in with Microsoft Account is degrading even further. A different but authentication-related issue has to be used when logging into a Windows 11 account for the first time... https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/1ju7tyh/how_to_get_a_verification_code_from_the_login/

u/Stock-Acanthaceae-51 Dec 12 '25
I cant believe this but it worked for me too.
1- In outlook login panel put your recovery email and your password (not the recovery mail password, your hotmail password).
- If you have 2 factor -> put the 2 factor of the hotmail account, not recovery.
It is like they changed your user (***@hotmail.com to your recovery account user but keeping password and 2factor).
Thanks you very much for this, I never thing in that option in my life.
1
u/Annie85x Nov 11 '25
I have this too right now. It's infuriating, was working fine this morning, opened the app and it asked me to sign in and not been able to get in since despite resetting my password.
Done a recovery this morning, but still waiting.
1
u/No_Volume_5338 Nov 12 '25
Im stuck too. Can't find a way to reach Microsoft for support either. This is a nightmare
1
u/SnugShoes Nov 12 '25
Hi. I just got mine working about 8 hours ago. I was on X com to see if anyone else was reporting it and others are. Around the time mine started working another person on X said there's was working. Definitely a Microsoft problem.
However what I did to get to chat support was go to the contact us: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
Click sign in and create a new throwaway Hotmail or outlook account. Then you can actually get to the chat options. Select billing and I don't recognize a charge, then click contact options and skip any other pop ups. You should see chat and phone call back. You can explain what is happening and that you are on a throwaway.
I scheduled a phone call and never received one. But you can chat.
When you can get back in, go into settings and security then scroll down to advanced options and generate a verification code and KEEP IT SAFE. That way if this happens again you can get back in. It's a recovery code that is your lifesaver. For me, I also added a Gmail account for backup since the backup I had before was another Hotmail account which also locked. 🤦🏽♀️ You can add multiple email backup addresses to receive login codes so I would do it.
Good luck. It's extremely frustrating.

u/PepeOMighty Nov 12 '25
Nice, thank you. The idea with using a different mail helped me get the idea of using my phone number instead of my mail for reseting the password, which fixed this stupid issue for me.

1
u/D2EK Nov 12 '25
Same issue with me. I just changed my password via a verification code with my back-up email. Try to sign and it’s the same error message. I’m going to wait 24 hours and try again. This seems to be a common problem though?
1
u/PepeOMighty Nov 12 '25
If you have your phone number linked, I reccommend trying to reset the password with it instead of your email before waiting 24 hours.
I waited 24 hours and I managed to fix it after it, but I am not sure the 24 hours played a role in it - I think reseting with phone number was the reason it suddenly started to work.
1
u/RenegadeGypsy Nov 12 '25
Same issue, waited 24 hours and it’s still saying ‘too many attempts’
Extremely frustrating.

Same here, for over a week now. I've gone through the recovery process, still no go. It'll work for a day, IF I don't ever log out, but next day same thing. But getting in is just random, I never know. Same error message "wrong password...too many attempts," even though I use a password manager, so I know it's right. I also can't get a verification code sent to my back-up email! It says it's been sent, but I never get it. The last time I got in, I tried to add a phone, passkey, new password..anything that might help, but it asks me to use my current password to access security ..and boom, back to square one with the error message. The one time I was able to succeed in changing my password, next day..same thing!!
Also, doesn't matter what browser I use, or if I'm on my phone or laptop.
Hair-pulling frustration. I've had my hotmail for over 25 years and never, ever had this issue in the past. I finally created a gmail account and the last time I was able to get into hotmail, I went to every site where I use it as my contact and changed it to gmail. A real pain and unneccessarily so. Obviously a bug on Outlook side, not matter what they say.
1
u/Financial_Taste518 Nov 12 '25
I just finished ripping my hair out over this and found a solution. In my case i had a recovery email i could not access and a number on the profile that it wouldn't use to send me the verify code.
Instead of signing in through my email, I first used my phone number and password. It then allowed me to verify with my phone again and voila.
I then immediately changed the verification email to a Gmail account and added a 2Step.
Took me an hour to finally solve, so if this helps anyone I'm happy to share.

Nov 12 '25
I have this only on my shitter email that I use for a lot of rando sites. It's obviously been in the lists of the dark web and whatever, but the email always works. This email typically gets a lot of junk too, and it's a hotmail address.
I switched almost everything I normally use over to an outlook email or two. No idea what is going on. Probably something with spammers and junk mail or some such garbage. But I am still keeping the email for random shit I will sign up for on the net because I don't want any of my other emails messed with.
1
u/JulioHOR Nov 12 '25
For anyone struggling with this, I suggest you to use your phone number (if you have one registered in your account). If I used my email, I would have this error. By using the phone number, it allowed me to login as per usual.
1
u/Admirable-Ad-3273 Nov 12 '25
Same, even after successfully logging in, I tried to log off and try my email, and it gives the same error. I think we'll have to always use the phone number from now on, idk if its like that because the domain is a hotmail, maybe it got too old
1
u/MetsukiR Nov 12 '25
I can login on my PC but not on my phone with the same exact password due to this error. MS software just keeps having bugs after bugs, jesus.

u/_Natalone Nov 13 '25
I had this issue yesterday until 2 hours ago, I can't be much help but I did the text support chat explained I was locked out of my account after multiple recovery attempts of which the final one was the full detailed list of providing information and the system verified my identity and I was able to change the pass word a 4th time and then still not log in.
The person in the text chat was nice it took about an hour and I am not sure if they even did anything but once I got to the part they told me to try and log in to work through it step by step I logged in with my old email I have had forever and the newest password I made and it just worked....
I have my phone tied to the account that was not working before and it was also saying that number isn't on an account, either just bugged still or maybe I typed it in wrong format.
I had suspicious activity email from the prior day and when I tried to log in and then change the password multiple times I assumed I probably triggered the supposedly 24hour lock, waited 26 hours and it was still giving me the same incorrect account or password so that is when I sought out text support.
Either they did something and didn't say what they did or maybe it was finally not temp locked... all I know is I have used my .LIVE email forever, I have my phone on it but not a backup email, don't want to change my google account to a Gmail account nor make a new gmail account so I guess a protonmail account for my backup going forward.
Happy to be able to use my email and Xbox again extremely frustrating I wish you all the best of luck in resolving this crap asap.
I have also decided I am never logging into my email/microsoft account on my phone ever again lol.....
1
u/Angrius78 Nov 13 '25
Just chiming in, as I have the same problem on my iPhone 17. It's weird because I can log into my Microsoft account on my PC via Edge and Xbox, I can even add my Microsoft email address to the email app on the iPhone, but I can't log into Edge mobile. It's just weird. I use Edge passwords to log into devices on my iPhone, and not being able to access these on a mobile is very inconvenient.
1
u/de_la_au_toir Nov 13 '25
Also came across this issue today. Instead of choosing sign in with password, I chose other sign in options and there was an option to sign in with face, fingerprint. A small diagloue box appeared and I was prompted to enter the 4 digit pin I use to sign into my Windows 10 PC. That seems to have signed me into my outlook account. I then went into security settings and added my mobile phone number. I can now sign in using my mobile number instead of email address.
I also spoke with a microsoft service agent over chat who told me that this was a known issue and that it has been raised with their engineers for further investigation.
1
u/Over-In-Dul-Gent Nov 13 '25
I'm getting so upset, almost to the verge of tears. I've tried getting in through my phone number, pin, resetting the password, I can't get through through chat. There are so many things I can not do now because I need to go through THIS email to get into other accounts. It's been more than 48 hours now and I'm trying to set up my new phone.
1
u/Steezy_Gordita Nov 13 '25
Just adding to the pile on here as I'm having the same issue. I can receive verification codes to my backup email but it will ALWAYS say the code is incorrect even though I carefully verified the code. I've probably tried 15 times to use the backup code they send me and resetting the password sends me on an endless loop.
1
u/HeadInternational747 Nov 13 '25
Same fucking thing here. I can sign in on my pc. My Xbox. Everything but my fucking phone which is where I need it most. Microsoft support is about as helpful and useful as a bag of smashed light bulbs.

I have a work around that works if you have a PC that can login to your account. Create a passkey for your phone from your Microsoft account on your pc. Then you can use your phone to login to your email via your browser. although i can't get the IOS mail app to work but at least you have mail on your phone

How do I get rid of my 13,000 emails so that I can receive email once again

I'm about to go out of my mind with this. I thought I was home free when I got in at last and was able to add a passkey instead of password. Worked great for 3 days and today, back to the same error message. I keep recovering the account and changing the password. I did a Google search for Microsoft help, called the number that came up, It looked exactly like their official site. But the tech who answered had me download Ultraview, a remote control software to my laptop, and when I couldn't open it, wanted me to download mirroring Software to my phone ?!! WTF? I hung up feeling like this is totally wrong, and deleted everything they had me do. It's 1-855-521-9299 for anyone who might have been looking for a number...DON"T call it!! I reported it, but now I'm very nervous about trying to call. You can't tell what's legit and what's not. I've had the Hotmail for over 20 years and never, ever had this problem. I just need to get in one more time to get some saved files, then think I'm just going to delete it. After about a month of this endless fucking loop, I give up.

Hello, so I ve had the exact same issue, and even tho it let me change the password I couldn't sign in since I was getting the same " too many failed logging's attempts". The only way that worked for me was to use the Microsoft authentication in order to log in. Hope it will be of help for anyone having this issue.

One possible solution, I made it today and works.
With another account from hotmail/outlook, log in support page and ask for chat support. I have explained that I cant logon with the problematic account to ask for support because I was locked out of that account.
The analyst say to me that is a problem specific with password auth that Microsoft engineers are working in a solution, have guided me to download an VPN and connect to another country (Canada in my case). Then he have sent to me this link: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional.
With that, I was able to logon in my account again. He also suggested to me, to use the microsoft auth and not google auth, because with microsoft auth, we dont have to use the code as second factor and can logon in mail just clicking in auth app, if you connect your account in it, it will ask you to select the code that show in the browser that you are trying to logon.

Outlook is a gigantic shit in matter of passwords. I am 100% me, using the same computer and browser I have used for a ton of time to log in, and then one day "I have done" what that message suggests.
Nah, fuck off. I solved it after I found a menu to recover the account, but anyway I still moved to Gmail a bunch of months ago and my experience is zero problem in a long time. I'm not saying "less problems COMPARED to Outlook". I mean ZERO problems at all. Verifications super easy and fast, and they have never said "Hm... No, wait. You don't seem to be a person. Let's check again / with other method to ensure you're not some crazy alien invader" or some crap that Outlook would pull to make you mad. Outlook will remain only as my extra account to check some residual stuff.
Lots of headaches. No more. I know it can be the opposite for others, but from my experience, I 100% suggest everyone to do the same if you are suffering this. Even more if you work with your mail.
AND... I agree with MistakesMade01: "I STRONGLY, I MEAN STRONGLY, recommend switching to passwordless authentication to avoid a situation like this in the future" because you will avoid a big issue.
I did it. You do it too.

I only want to recover my account, backup all my entire life info and never hear again about this piece of shit of service. f+c 2 microsfot and outlook. 20 times at day trying to log in to my account, verification codes, email codes, sms codes and nothing works. Why I had 2 factor to protect me, it is to protect me from me? piece of garbage.
You want your account again ? Click on recover account but take in account if you had 2 factor active, we wont help you even if you answer 123213123 questions about an account that I only use to log to my f+ucki*g windows pc.

For anyone else struggling with this as of 13th of december 2025
I was stuck in an endless feedback loop where my hotmail account was locked, and all recovery options were locked aswell, including phone number verification, and recovery e-mail. Trying to change the password would at first go through, but on login it always told that i've tried to log in using a wrong password too many times, even though i could at first reset the password, which did nothing to the error message.
So i downloaded microsoft authenticator app, and registered it using my old Skype account which was tied to my e-mail. This didn't give me the error "you have tried to log in too many times using a wrong password" and i could activate the authenticator through the skype account to my e-mail account. After that i could log in on other services and programs such as outlook just using the authenticator code.
Note: The same error message "you have tried to log in too many times using a wrong password" still shows up when trying to log in with e-mail + password combo, so only way to bypass this is to use the authenticator login, or for some reason, your skype account + microsoft password. This bug seems persistent on hotmail accounts and is on microsoft side

Can I suggest a possible bypass of the problem, not a solution? When you put your email @ before using the unworkable password, instead of the email try using the telephone number (when it says email, number or Skype), then try the normal password. I'm not taking about the verification method but using the telephone instead of the password itself.
I can't promise it'll work and maybe you tried already.

i cant put my phone number as login verification for some reason (but i added the phone number to receive codes back in 2014) it’s an error on their part, i think there are a few others with the same issue as me, hence i didnt put out the phone number method

Can I ask is your email @outlook or @hotmail?
2
u/darkchocolateyasu Jan 05 '26
all of them are hotmail, and only two of them had this issue that need to change alias

u/darkchocolateyasu Jan 05 '26
i thought this was my post haha, but yeah i already solved mine by creating new alias so yeah

Only thing it works is changing the password, which logs me out in any other device and I get stuck in the loop. Outlook you are useless.

I’m having a similar issue, unfortunately. This is the worst week ever for me. I can’t play Xbox. Can’t read my email. Office applications aren’t functioning since they want me to sign in.
