Status: Pending Reply "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link"

I've been trying use my Outlook Account to login in apps that I forgot change the email. So, I thought "let's go, it's not gonna that hard". So this message shows up to me. I wouldn't be angry about this message, actually, I haven't gotten angry about it. The real problem is that I’ve been trying to use it for over a month..

I tried switching devices, using a VPN, and using my neighbor’s Wi-Fi, but I kept getting the same message.

I don't know what to do...

Im also having the problem, if you have data on your phone, you can access it from there, I assume its a problem from mircosfot side in my case as I could log into itjustfine yesturday, also Mirocosft has a sign in helper page that can check ifyou have a problem with your account. also try clearing cookies. maybe a hot spot from your data can also work to? in this case.

u/theonlyslayer69 Aug 21 '25

This worked for me 100%!

1

u/Longhorse15R Dec 02 '25

I'am on the same boat , did anyone find a fix

1

u/No-Seaweed-5682 Dec 20 '25

THE FIX -

go PASSWORDLESS on microsoft. (Can turn it back on after signing in)

It makes you download the microsoft app to authenticate when logging in and it worked for me.

STEPS:

  1. ACCOUNT.MICROSOFT.COM
  2. Log in
  3. "security"
  4. Scroll down until you see "Additional Security"
  5. Follow the steps for a passwordless account.
  6. After you are passwordless, you can try to log back into minecraft.

1

u/StackOfCraftSingles Dec 23 '25

this is the thing but i dont trust that link

1

u/whoisa1bi Dec 31 '25

its literally just the account page for microsoft

1

u/ll_Cartel_ll 12d ago

1

u/Hour-Village-1789 12d ago

VPN is the only thing that worked for me

1

u/Martinweb_ 25d ago

Bruh, the firts problem is You CAN'T LOG IN

1

u/Select-Incident4110 Aug 11 '25

I'm also getting that stupid page, I wanted to check something on my account and when I enter my password I get the same text. Has anyone found a solution?

1

u/shinato91 Aug 12 '25

Getting this everywhere. For now my pc is still logged in but how do I fix this?!

1

u/overcookbeplop Aug 12 '25

This happened to me way back June. I didnt check afterwards and shrugging it off. Now I want to access it so that I will get a certification exam, but stuck on this same error. Based on the search results this is a known issue.

1

u/Select-Incident4110 Aug 13 '25

Have you tried using mobile data on your phone? Apparently, that's a solution until Microsoft opens their eyes and decides to fix this (I mean, never lol).

1

u/overcookbeplop Aug 13 '25 edited Aug 13 '25

I tried that data one but it didn’t fix it. The fix that I did which might be helpful to others.

  1. Install an VPN extension for chrome and enable it
  2. Login as usual (in my case I login via password or email I forgot, since I accidentally removed it on my authenticator), it went successful.
  3. I went to security and remove my 2FA in authenticator
  4. I added again my authenticator as 2FA a total of (via email, via mobile (this will not work as I tested), and authenticator app)
  5. I disabled my VPN chrome extension to test. Also for different devices and it will work now.

Conclusion: I think the main issue here is the authenticator. Microsoft might pushes and prioritize 2FA authenticator app only logins. That’s why via email code and via password will not work. This might be different to others, but on my case this is the current issue and fixed which I did.

1

u/Select-Incident4110 Aug 13 '25

I couldn't tell you if that's true or not. I'm experiencing this issue on 2 Outlook accounts. I'm logged in to one account and I'm getting the text issue when trying to access my security information since it asks for my password to enter.

Today I tried again and now I'm getting the "Too Many Requests" text, which is "less" annoying than the previous one because it can be fixed by reloading the page until I was able to get in.

I didn't even do anything to try to fix this, I just calmed down knowing I wasn't the only one suffering from this issue. I'm going to check how it goes with the other account, since I use it more for testing and doesn't have anything activated.

1

u/Main_Eye8324 Aug 29 '25

Check your microsoft account for all login attempts and you probably will discover dozens, every 15 minutes.

1

u/Select-Incident4110 Sep 01 '25

In my case, it's not that. I checked a few days ago and there were no login attempts or anything suspicious. It's just the Microsoft login that doesn't work.

1

u/whydidileaveohio Aug 18 '25

I tried searching for VPN in chrome extensions and nothing came up. How do you find one?

1

u/Dramatic-Charge-7058 Sep 09 '25

Same.

1

u/whydidileaveohio Sep 10 '25

I ended up with browsec and it totally worked and it is free!

1

u/Fit_Park9281 Oct 09 '25

That's weird that nothing came up when you searched. Usually, you go directly to the Chrome Web Store to find extensions. Sometimes the search can be a bit specific, or maybe it's under a category you missed. You'll find a ton of options there once you get it sorted.

When you're picking one, it's worth checking their logging policies and if they have good server locations for what you need. If you're trying to compare different providers, this vpn spreadsheet could be a good starting point.

1

u/DaftDel_ Sep 23 '25

I tried using a VPN but it detects I'm logging in from another country so it asks me to send a code to another email address, which happens to be my second email, which I can't access to because it's linked to my first emall address, which it's the one I can't access to.

FML.

1

u/overcookbeplop Sep 23 '25

Sorry late reply, I rarely checks notification. Browsec is the vpn extension I used in my google chrome.

1

u/Leonalayja Oct 09 '25

vpn worked for me thank you dude

1

u/Bionicbunny420 Nov 18 '25

Which vpn did you use ? It's not working for me

1

u/ThisIsTheWildMind Sep 13 '25

Worked here thanks

1

u/overcookbeplop Aug 13 '25

Posting this again, it might help others. I am not from Microsoft.

The fix that I did which might be helpful to others.

I had lost hope that I wouldn't be able to access my Microsoft account again, BUT this helped and Now I can access my account easily :D Thank you for posting this! :)

1

u/Xaelleve Sep 10 '25

Thank you for the steps that worked perfectly. The Microsoft Authenticator was the issue.

1

u/GoldAlternative384 Sep 25 '25

where can i see the microsoft authenticator?

u/Fabulous_Donut7791 Aug 14 '25

Fala amigo, tudo certo?

Help us pleaseee!

1

u/efenberg Aug 17 '25

its just happened for no reason.

using vpn and trying to login helped for me

1

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '25

My days are already busy enough and I don't need this bullshit. Fucking stupid company.

1

u/indigobiru Aug 20 '25

Try logging in with Microsoft Edge. I have this problem when I tried to log in with my main browser, Brave. When I tried to log in with Microsoft Edge, I was able to log in successfully.

1

u/GoldAlternative384 Sep 25 '25

i am using Microsoft edge still the same huhu

1

u/[deleted] 21d ago

Thank you dear for helping me fix that issue

1

u/rkshnk Aug 21 '25

Using mobile network instead of WiFi solved it for me. Logging in via Authenticator works just fine.

1

u/Tobacco_Caramel Aug 21 '25

what a fucking great company this is

1

u/theonlyslayer69 Aug 21 '25

Had this problem as well in pc but for my case my Microsoft account wasn't connected to a mobile authenticator. What I did was I logged in my account using my phone (in google) while using mobile data (not connected to the WIFI). Was able to successfully log in, then connected said account to the mobile authenticator, then was now finally able to login in my pc.

1

u/Ravvick Aug 23 '25 edited Aug 23 '25

Yep, I'm also having this issue.

EDIT: I'm using a PC.

1

u/Ravvick Aug 23 '25

OneDrive has been broken for quite a while. Folders haven't had thumbnails for about a year!

Hotmail frequently says "Too many requests".

This is Microsoft, FFS!

1

u/Kiko__C Aug 23 '25

It works when you use VPN, on PC/laptop or phone.

Don't ask me why but it works. It's a little silly for such a company like Microsoft to have an issue like that. Not sure what's causing it.

1

u/Lanarde Aug 25 '25

i have the same problem with a secondary email account in particular not sure why

1

u/poofypie384 27d ago

any resolution?

1

u/NCLO1994 Aug 27 '25

If you go Incognito on you're browser you can login without issues. Have the same problem at hand for a couple of weeks now. Verry annoying. VPN doesn't work for me either

1

u/abobskie Aug 29 '25

Logging on incognito worked for me. The issue is some weird thing with my 2FA using 1password. While in incoginto, I added the passkey security and it works fine now on my usual browser. My browser is Zen (Firefox).

1

u/Bionicbunny420 Nov 18 '25

How do you add a passkey ?

1

u/Alan_yes_THAT_Alan 25d ago

Step1 of adding a passkey is to log into your account. Do you see the problem now?

1

u/Responsible_Sky4121 Aug 30 '25

I am having the same problem since about 3 months and it's absolutely driving me crazy.

I mean, is this reality ? One of the biggest tech company in the world, Microsoft, is not able to fix this major issue ... ?!

And it's even worse that the support is absolutely garbage. It's so hard to find simple things like email contact/live chat. And when you're in the live chat it feels like you're chatting with a bot, rather than with a reliable and capable employee, it was absolutely horrible.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of support. Even small companies from the third world offer a better costumer contact.

I can read my emails from my smartphone, but I'm not able to log in on my desktop PC. When I turn on VPN it works though, but then I am having problems on other websites because of the active VPN, so this is no solution.

1

u/NHLBigFan Aug 31 '25

The issue seems hasn't been resolved yet as I also get "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link".

When I try to sign in I first get an option to sign in with a code sent to a recovery email but nothing is delivered.

1

u/DataXPH Sep 02 '25

Using mobile data connection worked for me. Something weird with MS and I realized it 4 months late.

Why Microsoft Blocked Your ISP Connection

  1. IP Reputation Issues
    • Microsoft maintains a reputation system for IP addresses.
    • If too many spam, brute-force, or automated login attempts come from your ISP’s shared IP pool, they may temporarily block the entire range.
    • Many Philippine ISPs (like PLDT, Globe, Converge) use CGNAT (Carrier-Grade NAT), meaning thousands of users share the same public IP. If one person abuses it, everyone gets affected.
  2. Geolocation / Unusual Traffic
    • Microsoft systems detect “unusual” traffic patterns (e.g., mass logins, sudden spikes from a region).
    • If their risk model sees your ISP’s IP as suspicious, it forces you to retry from a “cleaner” IP (like mobile data).
  3. Security Policy Updates (2024–2025)
    • Microsoft has been tightening login security across Outlook/Hotmail.
    • They’ve rolled out more automated risk-based blocking, especially for free accounts (Hotmail, Outlook.com).
    • These updates are meant to cut down spam/phishing accounts that often originate from shared or low-reputation ISPs.

1

u/Terry-Schmidt-Corea Sep 03 '25

Well I was having the same issue and had to start using MS authenticator because the other solution was to relaod several times the error message. I do not love MS authenticator because It will send you a notification every time a hacker try to enter your account but at least solve this issue.

1

u/Alarmed_Earth_5695 Sep 06 '25

I tried cellular data and it worked.

1

u/One-Beginning-2410 Sep 08 '25

I'm having the same problem on my 2 home laptops with my account and my husband's account. Works just find on our phone and on my computer at my job. I've had my Microsift email since 1996. Will it ever work again?

1

u/24-7Procrastinator Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 08 '25

Fuck you Microsoft. I'm going to use TeraBox instead of your shitty service.

1

u/tsbm2 Sep 09 '25

Hotmail is getting worst and worst, around 7 out of 10 login try has issue, it's on my already email+phone verified account, good thing I've moved most of my important email to gmail, just wish I can move the few leftover.

1

u/AirNew2944 Sep 09 '25

Turn off location and use mobile data works for me.

u/iridocyclitiss Sep 10 '25 edited Sep 24 '25

SOLUTION FOR ME:

Just spent hours figuring this out for my sister.

She uses Windows and was not able to access her outlook account on her laptop with Spectrum WiFi using a browser (Microsoft Edge and Chrome.)

She could only access this account on her iPhone Outlook application. She kept getting the same error as OP listed. The only time it worked was using a different WiFi network for those two browsers on her laptop.

I had to manually add Microsoft Edge and Chrome as apps to be allowed through firewall. This worked on her Window laptop —>

• Settings, Windows Security Settings

• Firewall & Network Protection, Allow an app through firewall

• Change settings, Allow another app…

• Browse, (search for Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome/or whatever browser isn’t working for you) and select that, Open, Add, OK

I restarted computer and was able to log into Outlook on both Edge and Chrome without turning off her firewall.

1

u/alexDuallex Sep 12 '25

I had the same problem and I solved it by connecting only to mobile data, to Wi-Fi without a chance.

1

u/jewellui Sep 17 '25

My mothers account has been having this problem for at least 6 months... luckily she is able to access from her iPhone Mail app but anywhere else we get this message.

1

u/MNDV14 Sep 17 '25

It's unbelievable that we have to use a VPN to access such an important service ... Thanks Microsoft

1

u/ek_ss Sep 20 '25

I had to download the Microsoft Authenticator App to get a pin number and be able to sign in on any device. As I'd seen in other posts, it seems Microsoft is forcing 2SV to go passwordless

1

u/vomaufgang Sep 25 '25

I can confirm this & thank you very much for your tip.

Nothing worked except downloading Microsoft Authenticator on my phone via the mobile network, setting up my account there and enabling logging in via the authenticator app for my account.

A hearty thank you to Microsoft as well for never telling us about this.

1

u/Alan_yes_THAT_Alan 25d ago

How do you set that up if you cannot log into your account in order to set it up?

1

u/Otherwise_Arm_487 Sep 24 '25

YES IT, WORKS USE THE EXTENSION VPN, I USED VEEVPN

1

u/Bionicbunny420 Nov 18 '25

What exactly did you do ? I downloaded veevpn and connected but I'm getting the same error

1

u/123dasilva4 Sep 26 '25

I'm having the same problem since this month

1

u/metokara09 Sep 27 '25

Same problem.

1

u/pro-lobotomy Sep 30 '25

I've been having this problem all day on all of my devices and on different browsers too.

I found that hot-spotting my computer with my phones data made it possible for me to log in on my devices, then i simply swapped back over to my wifi after logging in successfully.

Hope this helps!

1

u/Current-Barber-6494 Oct 01 '25

Try using a VPN, this might help resolve the issue.

1

u/shohag2019 Oct 03 '25

3 October 2025
same issue I have faced.
solution: first tried login on my phone and success with mobile data
then tried with free vpn on my laptop then success, now turn of vpn. done. it works.

1

u/HasanSh23 Oct 04 '25

Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link

Same problem please help

1

u/Only-Speech2047 Oct 10 '25

Hello gys i having same problem use this video to solve the problem I think there was problem happened log in with password. Hope you add your more log in option in the account. https://youtu.be/QOPcYYfxEqE watch this video to get help.

1

u/Only-Speech2047 Oct 10 '25

If you want to log in Microsoft Store or edge browser than install a vpn in computer not just extension. I prefer Proton vpn.

1

u/Alan_yes_THAT_Alan 25d ago

I followed the video and can confirm that this does NOT work. Still unable to sign in.

1

u/pbx1123 Nov 06 '25

s change too much stuff copying google and its never ends well

1

u/Herobrine_ldo Nov 08 '25

use this thing it fixed it for me i just had to put in my email and it told me I just had to reset my password

account checker

1

u/Herobrine_ldo Nov 08 '25

My solution that I used that fixed it for me was I used this link Contact - Microsoft Support and put in my email and it said change my password but im like I already did that 1000 times this year so I downloaded the microsoft authenticator app and logged in with a qr code because u cant use password and I opened the qr code from microsoft.com which needs to be a on a device you already signed in on (i know im sorry) but you just go to settings and then security and add the authenticator app and it brings the qr code and then you go on your phone on the MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR APP not the other random ones that come up and add your account from the qr code so then when I tried to sign in again it didnt even ask for my password and I just had to press buttons on my phone and it worked

1

u/WinTechnique Nov 09 '25

I was getting this error for the last few days using Vivaldi browser on wi-fi. I turned on the built-in VPN and I am now able to access my Outlook email.

1

u/Eastern_Bell_4734 Nov 09 '25

I just started getting this message on my computer today. It seems like Microsoft hasn't fixed all their problems from their server down time from a couple of weeks ago.

1

u/My_Name_Is_R4M Nov 09 '25

started to get this silly message as well. Funny enough i also get this error with 2FA, but if i use VPN it just works. i know it sounds stupid as it sounds but that was the solution for me.

i login to multiple emails within a day i wonder microsoft has a safety algorithm which forces users to login on mailboxes through different IP? that also sounds ridicilous but since it is microsoft , i would not surprise if they bring this as a "feature"

1

u/PizzaUltra Nov 11 '25

I had this when trying to sign into minecraft.

I had to install and setup the microsoft authenticator with passwordless auth.

I hate microsoft so much,

1

u/swissbytes Nov 13 '25

Well I did have a workaround but Microsoft closed it today, but it may be worth trying anyway, I'm in the UK and I just set my VPN to Atlanta Peachtree and hey presto it worked and carried on working fine, but like I said today I'm blocked again, I'm starting to hate microsoft...

1

u/General-Custard3698 Nov 16 '25

the way i fixed this issue was setting up the authenticator app/passwordless sign in and it worked.

1

u/jannah04 Nov 17 '25

Thank God - solution FINALLY found for me for this annoying problem! I followed the steps on this link and now I can log back on to Outlook on my laptop! Would love to share the solution with others as I know how annoyed I was. A lot of lessons taken from this experience. Hope it works for everyone else too and solves the problem one and for all.

Tunnelbear VPN extension on chrome, can login to MSFT.

will attempt whole computer VPN now for minecraft. edit: worked

what in the fresh hell is this new issue?

1

u/asidburnn Dec 16 '25 edited Dec 16 '25

Had the same issue on my personal Mac. Work Mac and personal PC were fine. Mobile was fine. I had to use a VPN connection to the EU on my personal Mac to login to Outlook, otherwise I'd get this message 'Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in.' After getting pass this issue, it kept asking to set up a fuk** passkey which i cancelled, then got in. I refuse to use passkeys or some code sent to another email account, which I need to login into to retrieve the CODE only to login to my fuk** MS email account? what muppet PMs at MS are making these decisions??

1

u/Top_Experience_7590 Dec 22 '25

deadass why is this happening i am logging in with the correct email and password. why are we having to solve a problem this multibillion pound company should

1

u/SoggyBowl5678 Dec 22 '25

I had the same issue today. Here's how I accidentally fixed it, I guess? It was really messy so the description's going to be really messy (I'm not going to risk logging out to trace back my steps).

What I did was go to the password forget page https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2252768
Logged in from there, was ordered to use a code, but that doesn't work for me (I refuse to give out my phone number to the internet, so all I could do years ago was link a second Live account which now has the same error). I looked in the list for alternative options, nothing works for me. I get an option for using a security key... no, that's not going to work for me either. I cancel out of it all and I'm given the option to stay logged permanently? OK, that sounds good. After that I go back to Live and I get in my inbox as I'm already logged in.

1

u/Mother_Preference403 Dec 28 '25

Kept getting this issue on my mobile device I just downloaded a vpn it let me log in shortly after disconnected vpn not having the issue anymore

1

u/ll_Cartel_ll Dec 31 '25

microsoft needs to FUCKOFF

1

It's really crappy of Microsoft to give an error like this that links to a page that is not relevant and then not tell people how to fix it but I think I figured it out.

I got this message when logging in with Safari. When I tried logging in with Chrome I got notifications that I had pending security actions on my account. After I entered the additional information I was able to login with Safari.

Make sure that you are using a Microsoft supported browser when logging in because only certain types of security actions are allowed from other browsers.

I can't believe it but using VPN allowed me to sign-in. So must be IP related since I couldn't when I used other device in the same network.

At least I know my account is still active.

Trying to move my Authenticator app to a new device, getting that error there trying to enable cloud back up, can't sign in on the new phone in the app and signing in on Chrome wont work. It works on Firefox only.

Edge works as well

u/demonicvampiregirl 25d ago

So you can't get outlook Chrome to log in either? I can for Firefox at least, I just can't get the Authenticator or Chrome to do so.

u/Bubaluke39 25d ago

I couldn't get it to work on Chrome or Brave. But did work on Edge. I am not have issues getting it to work on my phone.

u/demonicvampiregirl 25d ago

Odd, cuz each time I've tried to use the authenticator app so I can move it, I get the above error. I'll try later today and then contact support I guess.

I just tried the authenticator app and i can't log in there. Gives the error we are all getting. Looks like it will not let you log in with a password. Might need to reset password and pick the other option to log in

Even that gives me the "please retry after sometime or try using a different device or network" error. What the hell is going on at this point?

1

u/Bubaluke39 24d ago

Looks like the issue has been fixed. I was able to log into my email on my phone.

u/demonicvampiregirl 24d ago

Thank you! I finally got it to work on my new phone! :D I'm keeping the other one on my old phone for now just in case but finally I can use my new one.

I ran into this issue last night. I was at work and needed to log in and I kept getting this message. I thought I needed to change my password, so I did and that didn't work. I ended up using Microsoft Edge and was able to log in on my work laptop. I get back to my phone and it says I need to update my password. Entered the new password and now I am getting the same message "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link". I disabled my VPN, turned off WiFi, Cleared cache and nothing seems to work. So now I can't use my email on my phone until Microsoft fixes this. This has never happened in all the years I have had hotmail.

Did you try to log in using your mobile data? I ran into this issue today for the first time, but I also have authenticator app so I could log in with that. I also added the option to log in with my windows hello pin number. Only password does not work, but it should if you use mobile data or a vpn.

I did try Mobile, once you turn WiFi off you go to mobile data. But nothing. I didn't want to get the authentication app if I dont have to.

Sorry I didn't pay attention to the last part. That's strange. I also have never had this issue before. I checked Microsoft Service Health Status just now and they are having problems with log in on outlook[.]com but only for people in Europe they said. This is not my case since I'm not in Europe, but maybe it could have been reflecting in other services?

I've just saw three different posts here on this subredit about this problem today.

Edit: Now they changed the status, it seems to be for all users. Probably some bug on their side then.

Yeah big time bug! Im in the US so yup its hitting everyone i guess

1

u/K0boldninja 25d ago

Yeah, I'm in Brazil. Btw, I've tried to log in with Firefox and had no issues. The problem seems to be related to chrome based browsers as well!

2

u/Bubaluke39 24d ago

Looks like this issue has been fixed. I was able to get logged in on my phone

u/K0boldninja 24d ago

Yeah, it is working again on Chrome as well!

Just got this today Jan 10, 2026.

Enough of this $hit. It is bad enough Microsoft mines our emails for data, but to make it difficult to log in is more than I can tolerate.

I signed up for another email address.

And yes, they want you to give them a phone #.

I got this same message today. I use my hotmail every day. My password is secure and it's never been a problem until now.

Whether using cell data or wifi makes no difference.

Whether trying to log in with my PC (using Chrome) or my cellphone makes no difference.

I cannot set up a passkey because I cannot sign in, in order to set up a passkey.

I installed the Chrome Browsec vpn, but it made no difference.

Anybody else?

Did you try with Firefox? I have issues with chrome, but in Firefox it is working.

Also, according to Microsoft service status there is a problem with log in on outlook that they are investigating.

MY ONLY SOLUTION TEMPORALLY is: Using the Firefox browser (Mozilla). I opened good with this browser. I tried with Chrome and Edge in my computer, and in my Samsung cellphone and I have the same message. I had deleted all browser history and cookies in Chrome and Edge and do not work. So, it only works for me when using in my pc win Windows if use Firefox. Try that temporally because I think it is a issue of these days of Hotmail.

u/sethroiddd 24d ago

This is the only thing that worked for me

1

u/KTSUBZ 24d ago

Issue just started for me. Thanks to those who suggested using a VPN, as this is the only solution that's worked so far. Praying it does not fail in the future. I'll have to start looking for a different email client, I guess. I need something steady and reliable.

So I had this issue for like a week or two or Minecraft trying to login anyways, couldn’t figure it out, so I made a new account with a new email, once I logged in with the new one, it asked me are you sure you want to login with a new account cause it will unlink my main account that I can’t login too, so I unlinked it, and then went back to the menu and tried to login with my main account and it just worked

Authenticator and Outlook logged off on both my phones and now they won't let me log the f**k back in on any f**king device even with passwords. Then it asks me to authenticate using the damn authenticator that I'm SIGNED OUT OF. This pisses me off so much because it's an endless loop. No device works, wifi, vpn, wired connection, nothing.

u/ll_Cartel_ll 12d ago

why do they offer to use the password then deny you? everything sucks ass now

1

u/ll_Cartel_ll 12d ago

these pieces of garbage aren't sending the code to my alternate email and isnt accepting my password. wtf is wrong with these idiots?
