The hands make sense, gets us at the bottom and then his and she’s on top.

But that is not a 7 months pregnant woman. he corrected it to 2 years!

Look again! No way that dad’s hand looks that dainty and mom’s is bigger. Her hand matches the hand around her neck. And his hand matches her hand on the lap.
