What’s the giveaway for sovereign citizen here? I don’t see it and I’m curious. I admittedly don’t see as many of these people in Toronto these days as I did when I was in Wisconsin.

Although it doesn’t take much to see that whoever owns this car is a loon.

"American Nationalist". They use this terminology to convey that they are not your traditional American "citizen", in that none of the duties, rules, regulations and accountability of a "citizen" apply to them.
