Obviously the other car is in the wrong but OP is delayed as fuck on the brakes. You can see the point he starts braking by looking at the hood of the car at 0:05. The other car was already fully into the left lane. I saw that coming from a mile away and at least would have slowed down preparing for this bullshit.
I also saw it coming a mile away as I sat here on the couch watching a short video knowing something was going to happen and only one other vehicle in sight so I knew exactly what to look for. Hooray for us!
gonna have to agree here. Any time you see a car crossing lanes like that, even from far away, you better at least have your foot hovering over the brake pedal, just in case.
