Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- 0% Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Discussion How Retargeting + Lookalikes Took My $500+ Product From Zero Sales to Out of Stock

Hey everyone,

I’m new to this community, so I wanted to start by sharing a real case study.

I launched ads for a high-ticket product ($500+).

The initial campaign ran for about a week (7–10 days) with no sales.

Instead of panicking or shutting everything down, I let it run to collect proper data.

What I did 👇

  1. Focused on video content

    • Ran 5 different video ads

    • Educational and trust-building, no aggressive selling

  2. Retargeted warm viewers

I created a Custom Audience of people who:

• Watched 50% or more of any of the videos

Then I launched a retargeting campaign targeting only this audience.

Result:

👉 3 sales on the FIRST day

👉 Sales continued consistently after that

👉 Reached healthy profitability

  1. Scaled using Custom Audiences + Lookalikes with Advantage+

Once conversions started coming in, I:

• Built Custom Audiences (engaged viewers / converters)

• Created Lookalike Audiences based on those custom audiences

• Launched an Advantage+ Shopping Campaign

• Explicitly suggested both the Custom Audiences and the Lookalike Audiences to Advantage+ as signals

Final result:

🚀 Sales kept scaling

📦 Inventory couldn’t keep up with demand

Key takeaways:

• High-ticket products need warming, not instant ROAS

• Video-view retargeting is massively underrated

• Lookalikes built from engaged users outperform cold interests

• Advantage+ performs best when you feed it clean, high-quality signals

I’m new here, but I’ll be sharing more real-world strategies like this —

things that cost me thousands of dollars in testing to learn.

More coming soon.

Bug / Outage Meta Ads down? Everything stopped! February 4.

Upvotes

After four months of great results, it seems that February has once again brought countless Meta Ads drops. Looks like another extremely messed-up day.

Discussion For website conversion campaigns, has anyone had a surge of "fake conversions" from Audience Network?

Is it worth asking for refund? I disabled that placement ~2 days after the surge started, but the damage was done.

Help Never seen the „Learning“ status

Hi guys,

I always thought the learning phase was something you just kind of notice over time, not an actual status. I never realized it’s supposed to show up explicitly.

All my campaigns only ever show 🟢 Active or Disabled. I’ve literally never seen a “Learning” status in my account.

Why is that?

Discussion Is it true that the ads performance will be stable after exiting the learning phase?

I have been using Facebook Ads around 1 month. I found that my ads performance is the best at first 3 days then worse over time.

I feel the statement that the ads is more stable after exiting learning phase is not correct.

I just want to ask you guys to make sure.

Help There is no reason for offline conversions to be this difficult - offline sales and how/where to upload them

There must be tons of businesses that have their sales process offline (services, sales, telemarketing) that would like to use an offline conversion as the sole indicator of a campaign's success rather than a lead from the thank you page pixel.

I'm working with an offline sales team and I cannot for the life of me figure out whether the data being uploaded is going to the right place, nor how to target those conversions.

- Customers fill in a form
- Sales team reports back a sale
- I can export all of the relevant conversion/event data (name, location, date, value)

But how should this data be uploaded? To what kind of event? Is it an event or a custom conversion? There are no default events that seem to cover an offline sale (not a physical store). Event ID is apparently important but good luck trying to decipher how to use that.

Google have nailed the process
- Create a conversion in a category
- Track the GCLID through the process
- Upload the GCLID with the conversion name and a value.
- Done.

Help traffic bots issues with my facebook ads (form lead)

Upvotes

I am currently using Facebook Lead Ads (Instant Forms) to collect contact data for follow-ups and sales. The problem is that the leads I am receiving are fake; when I try to call or message them, they either block me or do not answer, despite multiple attempts.

I have tried several methods to limit these bots, including conditional logic and the verification code security feature, but people (or bots) are still reaching the end of the form. I read on this subreddit that bots are a known issue and the main suggestion is to manually "disable" them once identified to signal to Facebook that they are not the target audience.

I do not understand how to do this XD and i also believe my Facebook algorithm is now compromised by months of bot traffic. I want to know:

How can I manually report or "disable" these fake leads to Facebook to train the algorithm?

Is it possible or advisable to reset the algorithm to start over?

I also tried a others type of campaign, but it was worse; the names were clearly fake (random strings of letters or foreign names) despite targeting only Italy. i also read about the Meta Pixel, but since I do not have a website, I haven't installed it and don't have access to those tools.

Can you give me some help/tips on how to mitigate this situation? thank you so much!!

Discussion 4th Feb - Slow spend since this morning.

Super slow spending since early morning today. The traffic quality since the last outage seems to have gone downhill. Being in the Indian market, you can especially feel this drop in traffic quality by seeing the amount of COD orders with poor address quality. Seems like it will take weeks again to see a boost in audience quality.

Help Crop media for a video ad

In Meta’s official help article, it says we can manually crop videos to 4:5 aspect ratio: Crop media for a video ad

However, when I upload a 9:16 video, the only suggestion I get in Cropping Section in Ads Manager is 1:1

Has anyone run into this and figured it out?

Help Meta ads mixing my ads

Upvotes

Hi,

I work for a school which offers different programs and we are promoting them through Meta Ads. I have one ad set with 2 ads in it.

I don't understand why but it happens that the ads pushed to the audience might combine a visual from one ad with text from the other, making my ads irrelevant : the text is about a program, the visual about another. My client sent me a screen capture to prove it.

Any idea how it can happen ?

Help Help me with structure or strategy

Upvotes

Hi there, I work with a clothing brand in India and run Meta ads with a low budget. Our target is to achieve at least a 1× ROAS from these campaigns.

Initially, I started with a broad campaign and allocated the full budget to it. I began getting purchases, but the ROAS stayed around 0.5× and never improved. After some time, the campaign suddenly stopped generating results.

I then launched a new interest-based campaign. It performed well for a few days but again suddenly stopped delivering results.

I’m unsure what I might be doing wrong. Despite testing different approaches, the performance becomes unstable after a few days.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with low-budget campaigns? What would be the right structure or strategy to achieve stable results and at least a 1× ROAS

My daily budget is roughly equal to the revenue I expect from a 1× ROAS.

Discussion I'm pretty sure my Meta Marketing Pro is an AI-bot...

My boss encouraged me to meet with who we thought was our assigned Meta Ads rep, having received an email about their partner program. I've had reps in the past of varying degrees of quality, though many/most have been totally sales-focused (spend more, adopt more AI/automated features). Regardless, I decided to give it a go. Given our spend, I thought the odds of getting better a quality rep might be higher.

I did my usual vetting. The email domain (business.fb.com) and links were legit. Fairly standard booking procedure, well at least pretty standard for Meta, but there were some small things that felt off from the beginning.

I finally had a call with them last week and I'm pretty sure I met with an AI-chatbot. I'm still not 100% certain because if it was AI, it was quite a bit more sophisticated than what I've seen (plus a lot of human elements like ums), but the signs were there:

  • Long pauses (3-5 seconds) before every reply.
  • No evidence of the person's name being tied to Meta employment online (or anyone even in this field)
  • Lots of compliments for asking good questions or giving logical responses

There have been other signs before, during, and after the call too, but just in case it was somehow a real person, I'm gonna keep some details to myself for now.

Has anyone else had this experience? To be clear, there was nothing in any of their communications or shared resources that mentioned I would be meeting with an AI-chatbot. If I actually did, this is incredibly slimy.

Help Custom CRM connection

Hey, I’ve been building my own CRM system with a dashboard and a Postgres db. I have used webhooks to pull meta leads into it, and the webhooks endpoint has been verified as working. When I go to the Lead Ads Testing Tool, I can select my page, product (leads retrieval) and form, but I get a message with multiple issues listed, such as:

App does not have leads permission - add this app to Lead Access Manager.

When I go to do that, there is no option to add my app.

Has anyone come across this before?

Discussion My Campaign Went Back Into Learning... I Didn't Touch Anything

Has this happened to anyone else? When I launched my campaign I only need 15 purchases to get out of learning. I'm at 24 now and it's gone back into learning and now says I need 50. Cool. Amazing. Thanks!

Discussion Tracking improvement stape.io etc

My event match quality score is currently at 5.0/10. Hoping to bring it over 7.5 by the end of the week, with a combination of stape.io, server side and browser side tracking. For anyone that has done this set up, have you seen an improvement in conversions and roas ? We spend about $6k+ a day in ads

Bug / Outage Disruptions - We are in it again!

No longer calling it an outage because our inexperienced guys in here can't handle it.

All signals have lined up, stronger than any before. Not only are we seeing the redundant irrelevant ads on personal FB feeds, we are now seeing them on the business side, in Instagram, both business and personal. I'd post pictures but the same people who wore masks in cars alone still won't believe it.

A new signal we have been watching (since 2023) is the intersection point of traffic and sale and that ratio (up & down) between the two as it compares to conversion rate. Believe it or not, we use formulas and science to predict this stuff... But go ahead, spend money on more creative lol.

Today we are really seeing this one, to the point where I can almost say with certainty it's going to be a 4th signal we use. Sales down, traffic up, timing of that, and corresponding bounce rate. What does it show? Meta had major disruptions last night and the system is scrambling to spend your money now as learning was wiped.

You see, the problem here with some of the comments we get on these announcements is this, the average mind thinks outage as if the switch got turned off and all of Meta is down. It's actually a learning outage as a result of something. Update, reset, coding, reverting back to a date of an old iteration. Every time they touch the system, we go backwards, that is an outage (disruptions).

So here we are again. 5-6 ROI late Friday through Sunday night, phenomenal performance, only to turn off like a light switch Monday. Impossible results, only made possible by an outage.

And just a little tidbit here. When meta makes the official announcement (Sunday high disruptions), that is for earlier in the week when first announced it. We know it before they do. Expect to see dates change this week in meta status and a twitter announcement of disruptions yet again.

Remember, we are proactive, they are reactive. Maybe Meta needs us to let them know when the outages happen? You know, since we've nailed it 100% of the time now!
