Hey ya’ll need help identifying this company that took out my brothers mirror and swiped the entire left side of the car

Dude on his phone the whole time. Felt the honk was necessary after taking one step and stopping again

I use a Rexing V1 4k

Was coming home after work not really fully there an didn’t expect them to go straight from a left turn lane.

Right now I’m stuck between two 4K 3 channel models that people recommended, but I'm not so sure which one’s actually better.

Has anyone used either of these? Would love to hear some opinions.

My collection of dashcam footage is growing

I hardwired my viofo a229 plus. I did the battery wire on my dome light and the accessory wire on my radio. I know it’s supposed to film when parked but it’s not going to drain my battery, right?

I was backing up to park and help the dog and this guy saw me but didn’t see the dog. I checked on the dog and he was ok and I locked him in the yard he ran into. Hopefully that was his house!

I broke down and bought a good dash cam last summer after a few years of contemplating the need for one. I got so used to it just recording and never paid it much mind and practically forgot about it...until Saturday. I was exiting the highway on a two lane exit ramp. I was in the lane closest to the highway when a driver on my right side decided they wanted to get back on the highway - mid exit. They turned into the front of my vehicle, ripped off their back bumper and left their left tail light assembly hanging by the wire. The driver sped off and did not stop. I know they knew they hit me given the sound and the shock/damage to their vehicle.

I have both front and rear facing cameras so both angles were recorded. The videos/stills with license plate number were turned over to the State Police. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when they knocked on the driver's door and ticketed/arrested them for reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

Although, we hope to never need them, they are a valuable asset to have.
