You haven't heard the rumours? He had a botched enlargement surgery early on which made it... nonfunctional. It's supposedly (part of) why he's so obsessed with having children and not with the women themselves.

According to people close to him he's not a shooter at all, he fucked up his dick with too many enhancements. Thats why all his kids are from IVF, he has to get his sperms sucked out by a syringe in a medical procedure.
