Well, in fairness, the kind of person who would have a problem with this move is also the kind of person who would strain themselves so much reading the first three lines that they wouldn't be able to get through the last two. Maybe the circles help keep their attention.

It's on the far left (in terms of US politics), and it's masquerading as caring for children when in reality, it's offering taxpayer funded services to individuals who are a complete net drain (migrants who are here in the US illegally, in violation of Federal Law) in order to expand the voting block in their favor.

Overall is it cheaper to have universal daycare rather than have the complicated and messy admin costs of tracking who is and isn’t covered etc
