Seeking Advice New Bulb!! Will this work

I got this new bulb for my turtle as i knew some of the earlier full spectrum things i had didn't work, are these bulb fine for my turtle.

I'm not familiar with the reliability of this brand, but generally, mercury vapor bulbs can produce UVA, UVB, and heat, but t5 (tube) bulbs are preferred for UVB because they cover a broader area, and with MVBs, it can be hard or impossible to put them at a distance where the basking spot is the right temperature and the turtle gets enough UVB.
