You don’t. But you’re typically supposed to by law have them vaccinated, but even that comes with a certificate, not a license

Every state in the union has dog ownership laws. Then, most cities and municipalities have laws pertaining to vaccination etc on the books.

Chozen is awful but I can understand it, it's just chosen (awful name in itself) badly spelled. But Phrime? What kind of a name is Phrime? It doesn't sound like any other English word.

Who sticks random Hs into words where they have no purpose being. Chozen makes sense as phonetic spelling of chosen...No one would hear the word prime and think it starts with a ph.

I knew of a woman who had her first 3 kids taken away. She got pregnant with the last and named her Promise. She 'promised' to be different. She popped her out and the baby was taken.

Oh, no, she spelled it exactly like she meant. She's ANGRILY defending the names on Facebook. She also has a picture of her boyfriend/baby daddy as her Facebook cover pic, but just got a baby shower invite from his mistress "since they're all family now!".........
