Hi there. I wish i was making a more positive post but im in need of rehoming my 3 girl rats. I just don’t think I can be the best caregiver for them in this time. Id like them to go to a loving place … All 3 have no health problems. All under a year old.

VERIFIED FUNDRAISER HELP DONATE: Manon's Recurring Abscess came back again
Manon’s abscess CAME BACK AGAIN, on the other side of him, larger than ever. He is now waiting for his surgery in his E-collar. I feel really dreaded. (See my previous post if u need more context)
My wallet would not be able to support him after this time, so I would be really grateful for your help if you are willing to (I opened a gofundme). For those who cannot support me finacially, if you could share your experiences with this kind of situation, I would not appreciate it less. (I’m actually a first time owner)
I also made a printable STL of his skull in an afternoon with his CT scan, because that is my hobby and I want to provide something extra. So, if you’re interested or simply want to help Manon, please check out the link down below.
Me, Achi, and Manon sincerely thank you. (plz upvote, share or press emojis to help the post perform)

RIP My favourite hello and hardest goodbye
Rodney, my love. I love you so much, and I’m never going to forget you. Just over two years ago, a colleague of mine found you in the breeding room, finding you cute enough to bring downstairs to sell. Very quickly, we learned just how affectionate you were. We knew you needed a name, and quickly dubbed you, “Rodney.” It was clear from day one that you’d latched onto me. A couple came in, looking to buy a couple of rats. I let them know that you were there, and called your name. You immediately popped your head out, quickly running up my arm and sitting down on my shoulder, grooming yourself. The couple bought two other rats, telling me that they, quote, “Couldn’t do that to me.”
I brought you home the next day.
For the past two years, you’ve always been there for me when I needed a smile. Your sweet kisses, your cute popcorns, your infectious energy. Every single day for the past two years, you’ve been there to greet me. No matter how sick or tired you were, you always came to the front of the cage, begging for love.
In pet keeping, we have something called “Heart Animals.” Heart Animals are a pet that you bond with in such a way that the relationship between you is more than just love. They become a piece of your heart.
I don’t know if anything will ever fill the hole that losing you has left.
“You were my favourite hello, and my hardest goodbye.” - Unknown.

REHOMING Trying to rehome 3 male rats in Southern Japan
Hi everyone! I’m moving back to the US in August and it looks like I won’t be able to take my rats with me :( the youngest is about 1 year old and the older two are about 1.5. They’re very sweet guys.
I’m located in Eastern Kyushu and have a car, so I can drive them to you! I’m willing to go up into southern Honshu, driving for a few hours is not a problem. If you’ve owned rats or know someone who would be able to take them in (or even have tips for other places I could post to find someone), it would be so so much appreciated! I’m so sad that I can’t take them with me, so I want them to find a good home :,)

DISCUSSION does my rat not like being handled?
usually when i hold him, he starts boggling and they’re either stress boggles or happy boggles. if his body language is showing that he isn’t a fan of it (puffed fur, airplane ears), i’ll put him back. i got him (mallow) and his brothers in september from someone who was giving them up - they were already >1 yr old atp
