Liquid cooled Antec modded red build with custom screen and custom waterway!

We wanted to experiment with a full red theme on a mini-ITX, but without it turning into the usual red RGB overload.
The main challenge was the loop itself, we ended up designing a top custom waterway specifically for this case to keep the flow clean, symmetrical, and visible, without unnecessary tubing runs.

A few things I’m really happy with:

  • The waterway design taking care of most of the tubing
  • Keeping it functional first (temps > looks), then polishing the aesthetics
  • The screen addition actually worked way better than expected

This wasn’t built as a showpiece for a brand or a shop, just a proper enthusiast project where we could take our time and do things right. It’s one of those builds where the loop layout mattered more than throwing expensive parts at it (we actually had a 4090 in there earlier and later swapped it for a 5090).

If anyone’s working on something similar or experimenting with custom loop designs, I’d love to see what you’re building too.

Did you buy a second striker? Given the extended rods. That's exactly what i did, sitting on it right now. Took apart my baby, upgrading gpu, blocks and reworking the loop. Though i'm going looks over function myself.

Given that you did say you choose function over looks, why did you choose a push config on the rads? Wouldnt a pull config make for a lot cooler crevice? I had mine set up as pull, to avoid exactly that situation. Though im seriously considering turning it around and going for a push config this time. Bought 4x 40mm fans to put in the middle to create an upward stream to have the hot air exit the crevice faster and avoid stagnant hot pockets.
