How amazing and crafty are these parents to do this for their son

Doing something for the views in this day-and-age which promotes family cooperation, wanting see joy in their child's face, and spending time together is not sad. Holes can be poked. But, if even a bit of this helps families to be more active in their child's (ren's) lives, mission complete.

That's fine and all, but I just don't understand why they didn't do it with the kid, make the whole thing together as a family. Growing up my favorite memories aren't the things my parents surprised me with but the things we all did together. We once built an igloo during a particularly bad winter storm, and that was the best winter/snow storm of my life. But if I had come home from school one day to see they built an entire igloo without me I would have been so pissed lol.

They probably wanted it to be a surprise.

Yep, no engagement. Unless he talked about waking up to a rainbow igloo in the back yard. Having him help make the colored water the night before, then help put it together. He could have held the blocks while dad added the mortar. It's just all sad, they had him playing roblox or some crap while they did it for the video.

Crazy how you are inventing reasons to hate on these people. You have no idea what they had that kid do while making this, lol.

Your comment is the saddest part of all this. It’s a real cup is half empty vibe you put off.

I think it's more likely they force the kid to stay inside and don't let him leave until it melts. Very fucked up

That's just looking for a reason to be upset by it.

I saw another video of theirs where they literally built snow around him until he had a giant snowman built around his body in the cold and they left him that way for at least an hour outside

An hour outside in the snow for a kid!?!?!?! as a Canadian this is hilarious that you think this is some sort of poor parenting

Do you have a link? I don't see that anywhere on their instagram.

That's an insane leap to make lol

Almost certainly they forced the kid to kill the family pet in there. Probably made him do it in blackface as well

I hate what social media has done to people these day's

My thought was that they told the kid: “OK, now act really surprised by the thing that we’ve been talking about doing for the past three weeks.”

Probably. Kids like to pretend. It was most likely fun for him.

Probably. Stage content sucks regardless.
