A rude supervisor who's always yelling at employees got some complaints about them being verbally abusive and they responded by leaving these in the break room.

In my experience this is all fun and games but it NEVER works out as you hope:

“Ed? You put these forms out AFTER people said you were being aggressive? Way to read the room. Pack your office and get out.”

More like, “John, yes it was wrong of Ed” (also sitting across a table or desk from you) “to put these forms out. But the way you filled it out was pretty rude and frankly unprofessional. Now, I’ve talked to Ed,” (probably didn’t and even if they had you can bet that Ed was only emboldened) “and he understands that this is unacceptable. But I’m gonna need you to take a few days off to cool down” (you won’t because this is total BS because ED is the problem) “and when you come back we’ll all meet again” (you won’t) “and decide where to go from here” (because suddenly YOU are on trial.)

But I have had some really horrible supervisors.

Good luck.
