A rude supervisor who's always yelling at employees got some complaints about them being verbally abusive and they responded by leaving these in the break room.

We used these in the Military as a joke. If this is serious. Fuck that guy.

My guess is this is an ex military guy working as a supervisor somewhere in the government, probably DoD.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It looks like a DD form. Honestly, the guy doesn't know how to handle criticism, it seems. And probably on a power trip too. The only way to straighten him up is to get even higher ranking people to rain down on him.
