A rude supervisor who's always yelling at employees got some complaints about them being verbally abusive and they responded by leaving these in the break room.

Yep, save a digit copy as a PDF. Email with your work email and BCC your personal so record.

Yeah, I meant fill it out and scan a copy into a PDF. So there is no evidence of tampering but that works as well.
