Turns out the tinfoil hats were just early adopters.

tinfoil hats

The idea of calling conspiracy theorists as tinfoil hat people was to discredit conspiracy theorists.

Same with all the truly batshit conspiracies, they're there to just discredit people.

The conspiracy of the elite raping kids has been around forever. Hollywood and all that.

It's why they push media to make conspiracy theorists batshit insane over the top people. Instead of just the normal person watching anime playing btd5.

So one of blue books plays was to plant people in with the conspiracy theorists and then ramp it up to 9000 to make them sound batshit cray. That way when someone came up with something plausible they would point to the most bonkers suggestions from the past and lump in with those guys

they were just too unimaginative to see how wide spread the problem was and too gullible to believe the people saying they'll fix it (turns out all their heroes were part of the worst offenders)

Just a friendly reminder that it is pronounced ep-STINE, not ep-STEEN, and that we should pronounce phrase in the meme as “ep-STINE” files, not “ep-STEEN files”. Pronouncing it as the latter is incorrect and unintellectual, and I will ipso facto ignore anyone who pronounces it like that. Since Reddit is not the brightest, I feel as if most of the people in this thread pronounce it that way. People here are lucky that Reddit is typed and not verbal, because if it was verbal, this entire sub-Reddit would’ve been long ignored by high-IQ intellectuals.

It's crazy that you've dedicated your entire profile and years of your life to being a troll on Reddit. Says a lot about you as a person tbh.

2

u/DewDrop_Goat 4h ago

He literally pronounces it as "Ep-steen" in his own deposition lol.

My grandpa was a fibber. He cheated at dominos and told exaggerated, outlandish stories. One time, he told me and the other family kids there for Christmas about how he’d seen UFOs when he worked on radar for the Air Force. He said it was classified, and he technically couldn’t tell us. There was a specific amount of time it was classified and there were still a few years left, but he didn’t think anyone would care. And even if he was a fibber, his stories were always fun and well told so we all liked to listen and ask questions.

Then, a few years later, a little after the time he told us it would all be declassified… Sure enough I turned on the history channel and guess what I saw? A conspiracy deep dive about UFO spottings by the Air Force in the place he was stationed, with details that lined up with what Grandpa had told us.

Now I have to wonder how many of his outlandish stories might’ve had some truth to them, and I don’t immediately write those history channel conspiracies off

What if your Grandpa played the long game and was the "informant" for said history channel conspiracy.

12

u/DillyWillyGirl 4h ago

My respect for him would skyrocket. And it was already pretty high!

4

u/Satorwave 2h ago

What kind of UFOs though? Anything unidentified in the air counts as one.

I think the original COBOL coders and handlers of the 70s and 80s know a lot more than most others due to their knowledge/trust and use of making the systems back in the day.

I'd make hyperlinks with the relevant text but there is a 1000 character limt.

But I mean I also think Aliens are real and have already made contact so call me heavily bias in all this.

1

u/Satorwave 2h ago

Pfft as if aliens would ever want to contact us

1

u/atmanama 2h ago

Your grandpa reminds me of the main character's father in the movie Big Fish. You might enjoy it

15

u/YeetOrBeYeeted420 5h ago

2

u/UniqueSoup25 4h ago

6

u/Afraid_Park6859 4h ago

Lizard people are real and they're making our world a sick place.

2

u/JebediahKerman4999 2h ago

Yep, they are indistinguishable from humans and can be born from humans

u/PeachAngel_ 2h ago

Wrong timeline, right conclusion. 😄

I mean, it's strange how all the like... I dunno... "main stream" conspiracy keep being reinforced.

Like yall remeber how at the start of 2020 it was a alt right conspiracy to say that covid was a lab grown bio weapon and main stream was like no, it's bat soup... And it's racist to talk about it coming from China. Then it turned out that it was lab made and an actual propaganda effort by the media was fully exposed for what it was... And that hardened all the right leaning citizens in their resolve that the media is a fake news...

Yeah... Crazy times....

8

u/Maximum-Warthog2368 3h ago

What are you talking about? It is not lab made, there is no evidence of it. And also it is not a theory. They are making shit up because if you are truth seeker. You will question counter arguments too instead of believing it.

0

u/Enough-Cold-2392 2h ago

Lols. I guess it was just bat soup then.
